Sat and waited to be seated for 20 mins with a practically empty facility counted 9 seated customers by 2’s and 3’s. Spoke to one female employee that i would be seated by someone. Other customers walked in behind and were seated before me without reservation. Don’t recommend coming in on a Friday night as the waiters clearly are not keen on working at that time
First time at Chili's in a very long time. I was amazed how good the chicken rice bowl with Chipotle was. The Wicked Haze isn't bad for Sam Adam's. Great service and nothing beats ending your 3000 calorie meal with a 1500 calorie cookie!

I mean, it's chilis. Not too much can be expected of this chain restaurant. Food: the big mouth chicken sandwich was dry. The bread was slightly stale and the breading on the chicken didn't have any flavor. The potato soup was just not good at all. It was cold and lacked flavor. One star for the honey Chipotle chicken crispers. These have always been solid and chilis definitely has the best ranch. Service: our server was nice and checked on us several times. She was prompt with our refills too. Ambience: the restaurant itself was fairly clean the bathroom was horrific. Honestly one of the worst I've experienced in recent memory.

The food was excellent. The server was super nice, friendly, and very attentive. The food came on time, and there were no mistakes. Everything was a great experience, and the best part is no wait with an Eagles game on that sunday. Highly recommended !! Lastly, but not less important, the food taste and temperature were excellent. Not one foul during my visit.

Food was great!! Service was absolutely terrible! From the minute we walked in we felt uncomfortable! Not sure if it’s because we were minorities, but we got the awkward stares. To be fair the hostess was very nice, our waiter not so much. We ordered multiple drinks from the happy hour menu, and when we tried to order more, the waiter came over and said the manager had cut us off. Mind you the other two people of our party had just arrived. Total B.S that they weren’t able to get their drinks. The manager was very condescending, and saying if we don’t wanna serve you we don’t have to. EXCUSE ME?! I visit multiple Chili’s, Edison, Seacaucus, and have never been treated like this. I really would like for someone from higher management to reach out to me and explain why we were treated in such a unprofessional manner!

their chicken crispers were mf gasget the honey musturdtheir waiters were very polite. the inside of the restaurant was very fun. they were playing the most recent football games. also get the bbq sauce its gas. tastes like what a christmas tree smell like.
