Went there with the family (10 people), the food was good, service was correct (the waitress was nice and got pretty much everything right), could have checked up on us more often (probably short-staffed). Nothing special about the atmosphere. I would go back there.

Ordered a Philly cheese steak, was supposed to have hand sliced ribeye, what joke, was shredded p as articles of some kind of meat , not good and not much meat, French fries cold, wife ordered chicken sandwich, rated a 3 with Popeyes chicken sandwich a 10, Cole slaw terrible, , will not go back to this ripoff place,

Met some old friends for lunch there the other day. We picked Chimney Rock since it was a central location for all of us to meet. Service was great, and our server was very friendly. Everyone ordered something different and all seemed very happy with their food. I did notice they also sell frozen pizzas, and members of my group who are familiar with Chimney Rock told me they are a specialty that people will stop by and purchase. In fact, several in our group bought a few to take home. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely go back again.
Loved this place upon entry. Menu seemed to be able to accomodate, but welcome a diner with celiacs. Server stated he understood the importance of Gluten Free and Celiac. Placed our orders and no food was marked, but everything appeared to be in order. About 60 minutes later, didn't feel right. From there, I've been up all night. Hoping that the gut heels and the exhaustion gives way before the holiday.
Dietary restrictions: Was glutened despite the menu offering many GF options and the server stating his understanding. Feel awful

Came on a busy night, put our name down for 2 with the hostess. Waited over 30 minutes with multiple groups of people who arrived after us. They were all sat before us-including other parties of two. After this unbelievable display, we decided to leave before being seated. In addition to the above, we notice poor cleanliness (bar was loaded with dirty empty drinks on the counter with no one tending to them for 30+ minutes, takeout containers on a shelf inches off the floor and in an area that customers walk past from the main door-the dirt that must get in those-omg! nothing like a side of gritty sand with your food to go!
As a local, I'm very disappointed and won't be returning. This was once a cool spot but has greatly gone downhill. Happy I took my business elsewhere.
