There was a girl & boy working the night of the July 28th. She had brown hair & wears it in a clip & he had curly hair. both of them are RUDE! They need more training on their customer service skills!!! I stood there for about 5 mins to pick up an order and got completely ignored by both of them. neither of them bothered to ask me if i needed help and the store was EMPTY! not a single person in there. Terrible service.

Man that answered the phone was rude when I asked if they had a cotton candy flavor. It isn’t listed online for pick up but they have it in store so they need to update their website. I have a gift card to use but I’ll go to another location.

Was there last week for an ice cream cake and was shocked to pay $49 for a 7inch round cake that was essentially chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Nothing special. We've been coming here for years. Quality, service and value have gone down while price has gone way up. Not acceptable. Will not be back at this location or any other coldstone. This is not the only place in town. Congratulations on pricing yourself out of the market. Unfortunate, as this WAS a great place for a nice treat or cakes for special occasions.

Today 6/10/2025 I stop into the flemington location on my way home to my surprise no one is behind the counter or in site. I call out wait a minute, use the restroom and come back out to see there is still no one in site. So I left the location in disgust. If you don’t want to work don’t open the store.

Went here and paid $28 for two ice creams and a smoothie. The worker did not know how to make the smoothie and only filled the cup halfway. When he remade it, he only filled it 3/4 to the top and then denied us a refund. Manager said they are still training. Why would you put trainees working alone with no one to supervise? Very dissapointed.

New store manager is absolutely unprofessional and doesn’t have any control over her employees they don’t seem to have any trust in her as she is rude and deceitful really disappointing to see the store become so poorly managed and I hope they can sort her out soon for the sake of the employees

I came to Coldstone for the first time expecting a pleasant experience however I was shocked to see that while one of the workers had gone to do something the other sat on her phone and watched videos while I waited to be served. After about ten minutes the man working with her came back and served me. After paying I asked the man what her name was which he responded Lea and it is clear he also doesn’t enjoy working with her. Overall the ice cream was good but the service from Lea was unacceptable and unbelievably rude.
I was really disappointed with the service today. There was a huge group of people, and while the staff was clearly overwhelmed, one of the workers, a young girl, didn’t seem to care at all. She just stood there on her phone with headphones while her coworker was running around trying to serve everyone. It was clear that the team needed help, and she made no effort to assist. It was frustrating to watch someone else struggle when she could have easily stepped in to help. It made the experience feel unorganized and unprofessional. I really hope management addresses this, because good teamwork is essential in these busy situations. Before I left I asked her coworker what her name was, and they replied with “Lea”.

Never a disappointment when I eat here. My personal favorite is the coffee lovers, if you're allergic to nuts, avoid the coffee lovers one. The service is good and timely. And it's rarely ever full so it's a nice, quiet atmosphere. Can't complain, I always come back. Definitely worth getting the waffle container.

I went there with my husband for a night snack, it was our first time trying it. We notice that two young ladies were the ones in the back of the counter which is not a problem, the thing was that they don’t know the ingredients of the different ice creams, they don’t even use their hair up or gloves even when they both were mixing the ice creams and besides that when they gave us the final ice cream was totally melted. Oh and totally forgot, they didn’t clean the stone where they mixed the ice creams so it was a total mix of all the ingredients and flavors. Not a bad flavor, but we end putting our ice creams at the freezer and we don’t have any plans of coming back to this place.

Well what happened is that clearly the girls despite the effort are new or seem to be. They knew nothing about their own menu. 2. 2. They did not know where the ingredients were. 3. [Not even a measure of hygiene (no gloves, long hair without protection) that for me is the worst part]. 4. I repeated my order approximately 5 times and had to correct them as they did so because they did not yet know what I asked for. 5. I ordered two ice cream at BOWL my wife's overrun and melted made a mess on her hands, clothes and car, mine emptier and although it wasn't empty enough to claim however I note it to make it clear that the quantities are not even measured.
Perhaps the girls are not at fault as there were only 2 of them and clearly untrained, that I don't know, however almost $30 for two TERRIBLE ice creams.
