In addition, they mix old donuts with fresh ones, so if you buy several, you may receive some that are not fresh. And if you complain about the quality, the staff often responds with an attitude that makes you feel uncomfortable, even though you are paying for the product. Overall, it’s better to look for other options to ensure a safer and more satisfactory experience.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever been to. If I could give it -1 star, I would.
The employees are rude, careless, and unprofessional. There is a man with glasses who hands out orders and touches donuts with his bare hands, without gloves or paper. That is disgusting and shows zero concern for food safety.
The food quality is terrible. I bought two Chocolate Frosted Donuts and they were stale and hard like a rock. When I returned to complain, the employee was extremely rude, refused to listen, and tried to force another donut on me instead of giving me a refund. I only wanted my money back — it was $4 — but the lack of respect and customer service was unacceptable.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely until they change management or staff. This place is simply awful.

This location is terrible. Each and every time I order a Dunkin Refresher via Drive Thru - they end up giving me the wrong beverage. This has literally happened (3) times and has forced me to write this review. Not just do they get your order incorrect, they lie and tell you that it is the right order, take the order back and pull the label off of the cup - turn around and hand you the same order that yet STILL IS NOT WHAT was ORIGIANLLY ORDERED. I watched it happen this morning and the woman at the window turned her back to block the window - I pulled up a bit and watch the label switch happen. This is TERRIBLE for so many reasons - what if I was allergic to whatever the wrong drink contained. We are talking legal action for sure. Management You NEED to Do BETTER. Your morning Crew SUCKS!!!

Don’t ask for a bagel with cream cheese they give you a quarter size amount of cream cheese. I was better off asking for a plain bagel. This happened twice lesson learned

This place is disgusting, the bathroom smelled like urine and the floor was a puddle of urine?, im doubting it was water in front of the toilet. The servers are rude, they are not there for their kindness, its a job, and the atmosphere is dull. I do not recommend going here.

I’ve been to this location over the years when I went to Hunterdon Central. I’ve also gone after I graduated high school and it has consistently been very disappointing. I’d recommend going to the location on 202 they actually follow what you ask them to do.
