I have gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts and everytime I get the wrong drink. They don’t make the drink that’s on the label! The service there sucks! I will never go there again. Paying $8 for a latte and not getting one is a lousy way to do business!

I come here on weekdays usually in the afternoon pre-ordering on the app and using the drive-thru and have never had an issue. The people at the window usually have a friendly demeanor. Can't speak to what it's like during busy hours but if you come during slow time you shouldn't have a problem.

Sunday service is the worst. I am a regular customer. 1 sunday- hash brown half cooked. 2nd Sunday - Avocado Toast not toasted. 3rd Sunday - bagel with “LESS SPREAD” and i get a half toasted bagel and a hugggeee slice of butter inside the bagel. Seems like owners need to see whats going on Sundays here.

Went there late afternoon on a Tuesday to get a few drinks, sandwiches and donuts. There was only one incorrect item which was one of the frozen drinks. The woman took the drink and brought me the correct one a few minutes later. She also asked if I would want the incorrect one. Sure! Very nice woman and great service. Also, a clean place.

Iced tea tastes like coffee. Sandwiches are stuffed haphazardly in the bag.
Very bad service experience. I went to buy coffee and ordered less ice. When it was made, there was a lot less coffee in the cup. The staff told me that because I ordered less ice, they didn't add more ice to make the coffee float on the surface. Cutting corners. The mother and daughter who were in line before me ordered the same coffee without less ice, but the coffee was also cut corners. Horrible management team. There must be a reason for the low rating. If the management doesn't pay attention and don't replace the staff, it is very likely to close permanently. I am also a business manager. A group of employees who come here to get a salary will only kill this store.
