Ordered and waited while people who came in well after me ordered and waited while they got their coffee first. When I said something, he said mine took longer cause it needed Expresso. Tried to cancel and he shoved the coffee at me. Got down the road to find he didn't put the caramel in. Never again.

This location is always good. I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. The parking lot is a little hard to get to due to traffic and it is quite small. I find myself waiting in line on the street sometimes. There is always a line at the drive though. Maye it's a good thing that this place is always busy?

Staff was very nice. I ordered a frozen matcha latee with oat milk and didn't think the milk was fresh so, I threw it in the garbage and figured "I'll just never go back". My friend told me to take it out and inform the staff at DD, so I did. After my complaint the staff immediately made me a new one with different milk, I was then satisfied and grateful. I continue to shop here due to excellent customer service.

Went to Dunkin 3 times this week and wanted to eat inside with family. BUGS EVERYWHERE! Every table we sat at had bugs crawling on the table and seats. Donuts were stale early in the morning too.

Some years ago, they had good service and delicious coffee. Now, in. 2022, the coffee often tastes burnt, sometimes they give you milk when you ask for cream, and the sweetness is inconsistent. Disappointing.The best Dunkin nearby is on 202 North in Branchburg just past the police station.

added $1 for no ice in an iced tea. seriously! the manager stated it was policy! to give him his due, he did take the time to explain that with no ice the customer actually recieves extra product. logical. but still crazy.
