We went in and ordered in person at a not busy time and still ended up with both orders totally wrong. One order was clearly misheard by the cashier who was actually pretty rude and rushing us and on the other there were extra things added to one burger that weren't even on the receipt and it was a soggy balled up mess in the wrapper. We didn't know anything was wrong with the orders until we got home. Incredibly overpriced way to get alright food and really bad service.

I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys location today (March 15, 2025). I drove 20 min from Frenchtown to this Five Guys in Flemington where I placed my order exactly as I wanted—no lettuce, but with grilled onions, mushrooms, ketchup, and everything else I selected. However, when I got home and opened my burger, it was completely wrong. It was full of lettuce, which I NEVER order because I don’t even eat lettuce. On top of that, the mushrooms and grilled onions I requested were completely missing.
The receipt clearly shows what I supposedly “ordered,” but it doesn’t match what I actually asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal, expect it to be correct, and then be disappointed when it’s not.
To make things worse, even my milkshake was handled poorly by the same employee, Jean De Dieu N. He handed it to me with the cup completely dirty with chocolate all over it. I had to ask him to clean it before I could even take it. This is basic professionalism, and it’s shocking that employees here don’t seem to receive proper training or supervision.
This kind of mistake shouldn’t happen, especially at a place like Five Guys, where customers are paying a premium for what’s supposed to be a quality experience. Unfortunately, this location is a complete disappointment. I won’t be coming back unless they fix their service and start training their staff properly.

This is my go to place when I'm in need of protein. I have Celiacs and never have a problem eating cheeseburgers here. Lettuce wrapped perfectly and fries handled with caution, and gloves always changed to avoid cross contamination.
