Great five guys location- super clean and a great, friendly staff. I can’t believe how expensive they’ve gotten but that’s our world.

I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys location today (March 15, 2025). I drove 20 min from Frenchtown to this Five Guys in Flemington where I placed my order exactly as I wanted—no lettuce, but with grilled onions, mushrooms, ketchup, and everything else I selected. However, when I got home and opened my burger, it was completely wrong. It was full of lettuce, which I NEVER order because I don’t even eat lettuce. On top of that, the mushrooms and grilled onions I requested were completely missing.
The receipt clearly shows what I supposedly “ordered,” but it doesn’t match what I actually asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal, expect it to be correct, and then be disappointed when it’s not.
To make things worse, even my milkshake was handled poorly by the same employee, Jean De Dieu N. He handed it to me with the cup completely dirty with chocolate all over it. I had to ask him to clean it before I could even take it. This is basic professionalism, and it’s shocking that employees here don’t seem to receive proper training or supervision.
This kind of mistake shouldn’t happen, especially at a place like Five Guys, where customers are paying a premium for what’s supposed to be a quality experience. Unfortunately, this location is a complete disappointment. I won’t be coming back unless they fix their service and start training their staff properly.

What a wonderful experience! Amber, Simon and the manager Tony went out of thier way to not only correct a tiny error but went above and beyond. We appreciate the service so very much and will definitely be back!

This is my go to place when I'm in need of protein. I have Celiacs and never have a problem eating cheeseburgers here. Lettuce wrapped perfectly and fries handled with caution, and gloves always changed to avoid cross contamination.

Ordered ahead online- the actual burger patty looked off, was all crumbly and broken up in pieces. For the price of the items at Five Guys the food quality should be much better. Does any one know how to get a refund?
This is the first five guys I've ever been that I was so disgusted. I turned around and walked out! The people were hanging out the back door spitting talking smoking and then they came and saw it. Everything was filthy glass was dirty. Nothing was cleaned! I'll never go there again! But I do like Five Guys in other places.

The cookers, the workers wearing red hats were very friendly and provided excellent service. As i was eating my food which was very good i noticed this big burst of smoke in the cooking area. Thats when i noticed the worker behind the counter wearing a black hat was vaping in the kitchen. I stopped eating and threw the rest of my food in the garbage. Is it even legal to vape in a restaurant??
