I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

DONT ORDER WINGS HERE! Was in the area so said why not? 16 traditional wings, half mango habanero half garlic parm, chicken was toasty like overcooked, little to no sauce, sauce itself average, but PLEASE look at picture. BLACK CHICKEN. Half of my wings were like this, DISAPPOINTING.NEVER AGAIN. PS: put three stars on service because workers were friendly, not their fault right.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Service excellent. Ribs smaller than they used to be. Not enough sauce. Charged extra dollar for side salad; didn't tell me there would be a charge. DON'T GIVE OUT FREE CHIPS AND SALSA ANYMORE. Chili's used to be one of my favorites... lost its top billing for me and wife. Nickel and diming people just like others. Eating out less because of it. Too bad. Used to eat out 5 times a week. Now maybe two times a week... but NOT Chili's any longer.
Reasonable & near our home. We opted not to cook & had a gift card. Both of us enjoyed our meals tremendously & our waiter was the same man we had the last time...wish I could remember his name. Didn't have to wait for a table.

Very disappointed this time around. I ordered the 22 boneless wings for almost 30 bucks and two of them were squares of mystery meat that had no breading and they were so tough! We even tried cutting them and they still were not edible. I wound up throwing them away. I guess B Dubs is where I will have to go now.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
