I asked for sauce on the side, and bacon on my sandwich. I didn’t get either the sauce on the side and the bacon on the sandwich. The bacon is a two dollar up charge. Do your job right.

The older lady putting toppings on starts wrapping my sandwich up before its done , doesnt ask if i want anything else then gives outrageous attitude when i try to stop her and let her know the sandwich was not done I come here every other week with no problem . Ridiculous

I rolled up ten minutes before closing for my son’s Big Kahuna and saw an employee cleaning the grill. A different employee greeted me, and I asked if the grill was closed. He smiled and said, “No, the grill is open. How can I help you?” He took my order and reminded me I had a free sub that I could use. I asked his name, and he politely said, Grant. He even asked my name and thanked me for coming in. Way to go, Grant, for making my late-night food run possible!
Vegetarian options: My go-to is the #14, where I request the early morning cheese that they cut and store separately before they slice the meats on the slicer.

So I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, trying not to eat these too often as I want to drop a few pounds. So "it's a treat" when I order here via the app. Sandwiches tonight were good, BUT . . . more often than not when I order at this location via the app, they ignore the request for whole wheat or garlic rosemary bread, as they did tonight. And ignored my request for banana peppers. It would not take much to do this right. When you're filling orders, how about reading details, and giving customers what they asked for? Consider that for some customers, they might eat one good sub per month and look to Jersey Mike's for that ultimate sandwich experience. Not in Flemington. Meh.

So…I love Jersey Mike sandwiches.. I buy it weekly for family and friends. I also love to have it on my lunch breaks. This was my first visit to this store location…and had the worst experience. I placed my order on the app and called in as well to request “all meat cooked well done”. I got there on time and waited for order to be ready. My order of five hot subs got dumped on the register. I stood for about 10mins unattended, while the associate at the register went about chatting carelessly while intentionally ignoring me…it was the manager who asked him, where was my order? to which this associate obnoxiously responded “I was not the one who made the sandwich” ??♀️ Anyways, sup or manager (not sure) was kind enough to hand me my order. Perhaps serving a colored girl was too much for him. What a Shame!
