Normally I wouldn’t write a review but I feel as though I had to this time. My mother went and picked up a Giant #13 for us for dinner. Upon opening it, right away I noticed it didn’t look as full as it normally does. For it being the “giant” size, there should’ve been more meat for sure, and I didn’t even see two of the meats that were supposed to be on there. Now I will say we didn’t get cheese, onion, or tomato, however that does not take up much room on the bread....
Thank you for offering gluten free option. Your staff was amazing and took such great care in ensuring no cross contamination. The bread was pre wrapped. They used new gloves, new utensils and they have no contact condiments. What attention to detail. Makes eating out a pleasant experience when staff is so well informed and is caring. Most amazing sub I’ve had in such a long time. 5 starts to the staff 😁
I rolled up ten minutes before closing for my son’s Big Kahuna and saw an employee cleaning the grill. A different employee greeted me, and I asked if the grill was closed. He smiled and said, “No, the grill is open. How can I help you?” He took my order and reminded me I had a free sub that I could use. I asked his name, and he politely said, Grant. He even asked my name and thanked me for coming in. Way to go, Grant, for making my late-night food run possible!
