I rolled up ten minutes before closing for my son’s Big Kahuna and saw an employee cleaning the grill. A different employee greeted me, and I asked if the grill was closed. He smiled and said, “No, the grill is open. How can I help you?” He took my order and reminded me I had a free sub that I could use. I asked his name, and he politely said, Grant. He even asked my name and thanked me for coming in. Way to go, Grant, for making my late-night food run possible!

So I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, trying not to eat these too often as I want to drop a few pounds. So "it's a treat" when I order here via the app. Sandwiches tonight were good, BUT . . . more often than not when I order at this location via the app, they ignore the request for whole wheat or garlic rosemary bread, as they did tonight. My Dad and I can be a bit of a handful when it comes to food. Especially Dad who likes his subs stacked a certain way. Spencer was really polite and patient and the sandwich was perfect!
