First ever negative review. I've eaten here probably 100+ times and they've managed to find the rudest servers I've ever encountered.
Was there for dinner and after waiting for 10 minutes to be contacted our server dismissively took our drink order. Instead of returning with a drink the manager came over without asking a single question or even a hello, to let us know they wouldn't be serving my date, who has a medical condition called aphasia, which often makes it difficult for her to speak.
Hadn't been coming here much after a bartender tried to tell me that a margarita is supposed to be made with orange juice when I asked it to be remade.
But obviously that was beyond the pale and we walked out never to go back.

Diana and The young lady with red hair at the front reception desk did a great job checking us in, seating us and ensuring that everything went smoothly. Our waitress Beronica was on point with serving us, very cheerful and great attitudeand. As always, the food was delicious! We had a pleasant experience. Great job to the whole team!

Been here several times meeting with my friends for lunch and just to get together. Service and food is great , prices are very reasonable . I recommend this place for a get together, dinner or cocktails.

Great food. Competent and quick service with free refills. Warm environment. So I can’t rate it a 1 star, but a major thing must be wrong when there’s a bug in your drink…
Still paid full price, and it was great food, but my appetite was done after seeing that in my near finished drink.
Can’t give them five stars until they do something about that assistant manager (Richard?) that’s been written up close to 30 times for inappropriate and abusive behavior. Shame on you Darden.

Amazing time when I came out to eat with my niece. She doesn't like sitting very well but with the crayons and amazing staff she was just fine. Then the food we all loved so much. Definitely will be returning again. 10 out of 10 for sure. The parm crust is to die for. Do yummy.

Sat at bar before being seated for dinner. Female bartender with black hair was more concerned with being in the back not behind the bar helping customers. Waited 10 minutes for her to come out. POOR SERVICE. THEN...got seated for dinner and all the food came out COLD! The waitress said problems in the back and all food w COLD French Onion soup! Cold French fries! Cold steaks.... Everything coming out COLD! Staff knew it was a big problem but should have informed customers so we could have ordered accordingly! Wasn't happy especially since our bill was $150. Longhorne is expensive and should cater to customers! This is an ongoing problem! We ordered pickup a week ago and everything was COLD also!!! Wont be going back!!!

First, I’d like to start by saying it’s an amazing atmosphere service is great. The food is outstanding. Thank you for Patrick who was the waiter waiting on us? Excellent customer service great sense of humor. We had an issue with wanted a steak that wasn’t rare medium and David. The manager came and took good care of us. Make sure we were OK. I just love the service overall. It’s a great spot to hang out with the family and to eat good food the service was awesome Will be there again this place deserve a 10 star thank you for who you are. We didn’t feel uncomfortable. There was all kinds of people there. We felt good. The energy of the place was very neutral natural and blossom. Thank you again.🩷💜💗🩷💜💗
