The food is traditional Longhorn fare, though I will say there has been some improvement in recent years and prior cooking staff seemed to be rather heavy handed on the salt and they’ve corrected. Rustic cozy western vibe and traditional fare is accompanied by a solid assortment of appetizers to choose from. The steaks are reliable if not a bit plain, but consistency is key here.
