They forgot to give me my drink & I live 90 minutes away from location. They refused to give a refund & told me I could come back, but it's 60 miles each way, so no. Would've been nice if they'd brought the whole order to the car on the first go. I was so exhausted I didn't notice til I was too far away to turn back.

Ordered on the app and showed up 10 minutes later. Ordered chicken crispy meal and quarter pounder meal. Not only is it almost $25 dollars for these items, it took over 20 minutes of waiting in drive thru side lot to get food. Not a single soul was present in the restaurant or drive thru as it was 11 pm. Be better the inefficiency is ridiculous. Hit up the Wendy’s on the circle instead they are super efficient and food is always hot and fresh.

The food was hot and out fast. Our breakfast was great. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and my daughter got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. We both got hash browns. The staff was very nice!

I had an unpleasant visit to a McDonald’s where instead of honoring the advertised price for a meal deal, they added a small iced tea to my bill without my consent. When I noticed the discrepancy and pointed it out to the manager, they admitted outright that this was done intentionally as a way to adjust the price. I hadn’t ordered the iced tea, yet I was expected to pay for it. This felt like a dishonest and unfair practice, especially coming from such a well-known chain that prides itself on transparency and customer satisfaction. While the food itself was standard McDonald's quality, this interaction with the manager left me disappointed and questioning the integrity of this particular location. I hope McDonald's will address such practices to ensure a better experience for its customers in the future.

Everytime I come here the food always takes forever or you have to pull over and wait and then when they finally bring it out it’s wrong… we only came back for the cute Minecraft meal, then the lady said they didn’t have it (even though there are pictures of it all over the building) so we ordered something else then the person behind us got the Minecraft meal…
