Panatieri's Pizza & Pasta of Flemington

So I walked into this place a week ago when my wife ordered Chinese takeout from next door. I walked in and the food looked good so I figured I would come back another day to try it out. I went to go on Sunday but unfortunately they close at 8pm so it wasn't going to happen. The next day I left my office rather late, so I head down to Panatieris a little close to 7pm. My office is in lebanon so with Panatieris being on the other side of raritan township it was a little bit of a drive. I got there at 7:25pm. Unfortunately when I got there this time, they were sold out of the vodka pizza which is what I drove down there for. This is when things took a weird turn. The gal proceeds to tell me they sold out of the slices so I replied, okay, then I guess I will just order a whole pie of it. She replies, sorry you can't. We are already closed. I replied, its 7:28, what do you mean your closed. She replies, well our kitchen is closed. We are not making pizza anymore.
Im sorry, but I have never heard of a pizzaria who refuses to make a pizza 35 minutes before closing, especially when you already close early to begin with. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately they don't care if they gain or lose customers. You know who never told me I can't order a pizza, Angelos pizza or Joe's pizza. Both make very good pizza during all hours they are open.

They catered my friend’s wedding and it was so amazing!! The food was delicious, the service was detail-oriented and friendly. Really made for a great occasion!

This pizza place is a gem. It has a variety of pizza, many items on the menu and dessert to die for. This is not your ordinary pizza place! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Since my daughter recommended me Panatieri’s, it becomes one of my favorite places to eat. I love the familiar environment, the service is impeccable, and the food is excellent.

Great crust, sauce, and real mozzarella. Great family owned pizzeria. We are from North Jersey and were randomly in the area. So glad we stopped in here. The crust/dough, sauce, and quality of mozzarella were some of the best I've ever had in Jersey. And the family/staff are so sweet and friendly. We also ordered a dessert to go and noticed their to-go container is 100% natural & eco friendly, which is another great reason to frequent this place if you live/work nearby. Definitely recommend this spot!

Everything here is good. Best Pizza in the area, excellent slice selection, pasta dishes look and smell amazing. Chicken parm sandwich on garlic knock roll is insane good. The owner and staff are really nice and funny. If you haven't visited Panatieri's you are missing out

Amazing food! And the price is super reasonable. The lunch salad (that comes with the meal) actually has good vegetables and an amazing house dressing! Chefs kiss.

I had dinner at Panateria tonight and was deeply uncomfortable witnessing management yelling at the young servers. That’s absolutely not how you treat your staff. Needless to say, they’ve lost a customer.
