Friendly service and the manager was manning the register when we visited. Food is fresh and service is relatively efficient. The price is what I have trouble swallowing these days. Two pick two with no drinks will push close to $30. This kind of price is really no longer fast food territory.

Ordered food for my child and then went to a neighboring restaurant to get my own food. Wasn’t even planning to sit down and eat food there, however, as we were waiting to grab the food for my child at Panera, the manager came over to ask if we planned on sitting down to eat. I said no and just explained that my child doesn’t like the food from where I got food from. Manager then persisted to say it is a state law that prevents customers from bringing food from an outside establishment. Firstly, that wasn’t the plan and there was no reason to believe that as both orders were to go. And secondly, that’s a lie. There is no law in NJ that says a customer can not bring food in from an outside establishment, especially when we are paying customers who just spent $30+ on a meal for our child. Although it may be a Panera policy, which I could not find online, it is NOT a state law. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

The people that work here are very nice and work their butts off. I was here on a lunch rush today around 1 and they had over 20 to go orders on the screen. I hope the company and managers recognize the food prep people are valuable workers!!

Food was alright but not great, notably the chipotle chicken avocado melt was overly saucy and quite light and poorly distributed with the avocado, staff was nice but was not able to help with getting a gift card working, also was a slightly odd and annoying system for getting drink cups

I am a Panera fan. I ordered the Almond Pastry which is the replacement for Bear Paws. It was stale and had no almond paste in.

After placing my order these people just let me sit there without telling me the pick up area was around the side which I could not see. Also, excellent customer service when I greet the girl taking the order instead of the other way around.
