Not busy, dirty dishes were stacked up high, napkins and other debris all over the floor. Reading the other reviews, sanitation seems to be a common issue at this specific location. Missing ingredients from the salad, lukewarm ‘hot’ sandwich and the team lead Re was out of line rude to my 83 year old mother. I love Panera and this is not a good representation of the brand.

Hit and miss on the portions ..not consistent sometimes very skimpy on meat on sandwiches and also on soups, sometimes good and sometimes they just give you broth and you don't get the veggies. Inconsistent on how they prepare food . For the high prices this should not be a problem!

This location has made me never want to return to another Panera. The chicken in my sister's salad was wet and slimy and the chicken on my sandwich was strung together in a big clump and was completely inedible. I didn't take a single bite and I actually don't know if I can stomach chicken for a while after seeing this. My sister doesn't get grossed out easily and she agreed with how bad both servings were. Complete waste of money.

Stopped to pick up dinner on my way home from grocery shopping. Paid $2/lb for strawberries but I paid $2.39 for this fruit salad side that looks like someone already ate half of? Come on Panera, I spent $72 on dinner for 4 so you’re not exactly McDonald’s. Step it up!

I like panera bread but this specific location with the employees is not my favorite. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. I ordered online and customized my order I asked for no bacon the Sandwhiches was full of bacon. I tried going here again I told them I wanted a frosted strawberry lemonade the associate was lost and said they didn’t have not serve that item. I had this same drink at another location so I was confused. I looked online it is called frozen strawberry lemonade. Any experienced worker who knows all of what Panera bread serves should have known I meant the frozen strawberry lemonade drink. They barely put any dressing in my little side plastic cup. They left no straw for my drink. It’s just horrible. Not coming to this location again.
Panera became very expensive, especially considering that the portions became smaller. The orders are usually not accurately prepared. I asked for a bagel to go, sliced in half today. They did it so unevenly that I couldn't put it in my toaster. I could have done a better job.

Haven't been to a Panera in years since it was pay the mortgage get soup. Still the same, but they got something going with that green goddess thing....good sandwich. Took my family of three the other night. Was an overall good experience however we now have to get a forbearance on our mortgage since we chose Panera.
