Great place for any meal. Strong wifi and plenty of seating. They are consistent at providing accurate order fulfillment and the staff is generally friendly. Music can be a bit loud if you are taking a call.

Quiet place to grab food on a weekday evening. Place was very clean, friendly staff. Recommend for a quick bite.

Food is good, general manager who took our order was very rude, and seemed impatient.

I ordered ahead on the Panera app and when I arrived at the store after being told it was ready the lady at the register said someone had “stolen” our order and it had to be remade. I then had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order. The lady was also very rude and condescending and seemed very nonchalant and unapologetic about somebody just taking our food. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a Panera.

Drink was watered down.
Food was cold and I didn’t get any broth with my soup???
I’m a huge Panera bread fan but this location is so unorganized. I waited for 30 mins to get a food just to be disappointed…

I get panera usually about once a month and it’s pretty decent but today it was terrible. I got an Asian salad with mandarins- which I paid extra for, only to find no mandarins in my salad when I got home and the receipt said “+ mandarins.” I also got a chicken avo BLT sandwich and the avocado was BLACK. Someone literally cut it up and saw it was black and put it on my sandwich anyway. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

learn to pack an order properly , your staff has one job, receive an order on a screen, make that order , package it. it’s not rocket science.

Friendly service and the manager was manning the register when we visited. Food is fresh and service is relatively efficient. The price is what I have trouble swallowing these days. Two pick two with no drinks will push close to $30. This kind of price is really no longer fast food territory.

Ordered food for my child and then went to a neighboring restaurant to get my own food. Wasn’t even planning to sit down and eat food there, however, as we were waiting to grab the food for my child at Panera, the manager came over to ask if we planned on sitting down to eat. I said no and just explained that my child doesn’t like the food from where I got food from. Manager then persisted to say it is a state law that prevents customers from bringing food from an outside establishment. Firstly, that wasn’t the plan and there was no reason to believe that as both orders were to go. And secondly, that’s a lie. There is no law in NJ that says a customer can not bring food in from an outside establishment, especially when we are paying customers who just spent $30+ on a meal for our child. Although it may be a Panera policy, which I could not find online, it is NOT a state law. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.
