I had a really nice experience here ordering about 100 pretzels the day before a school event. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and assured me they would be ready at 8:30 am the next day for me to pick up, before they even open for the day. I really appreciated it and highly recommend this location!

3:45 in the afternoon when they don't close until 5pm they had nothing to sell but 20 or rivets. Not a good look for this location. Need to have product up until you close. Will not come back here

Catherine is the bomb diggity! She was patient with me while helping me to get to the store. As it turns out I was right there all along. Then she went an extra mile to make sure that the pretzels were as well done as I like them. Thank you so much Catherine I'll definitely be back

Pennsylvania got it down pat once this franchise crossed the river quality went down the tube's. 2nd time getting pretzels that are hard as rocks. The jersey devision should change the name so there not dragging down the company's name.

Get it together! Every time we stop in there, it seems to have a line!! They move slower than molasses! They don’t know how to move customers along.

Went their three times , driving 30 Minutes and never have any pretzels available . Not sure how how they can service customers when they never have pretzels and want you to wait for them to bake them
