I had a really nice experience here ordering about 100 pretzels the day before a school event. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and assured me they would be ready at 8:30 am the next day for me to pick up, before they even open for the day. I really appreciated it and highly recommend this location!

Catherine is the bomb diggity! She was patient with me while helping me to get to the store. As it turns out I was right there all along. Then she went an extra mile to make sure that the pretzels were as well done as I like them. Thank you so much Catherine I'll definitely be back

I’ve always had a great experience at Philly Pretzel Factory and for my first visit this location was great too. I ordered in store the large tray of pretzels and the staff member was happy to help. He said to give him a few minutes and he would have it done. Pretty good by my standards considering it’s a lot of pretzels 🥨. Needless to say, he had it all ready fast and they were a hit. The pretzels were freshly made, perfectly baked with the perfect amount of salt too!...
