Horrible service! I can’t believe the attitude of young kids these days. If your hours say you are open to a certain time, you should be open and ready to service customers until the time you promised. I called at 8:50 to ask them to prepare two quarts of ice so I can pick up at 8:55(me trying to save them time, being that it was ALMOST closing time). I was told the machines were already closed and cleaned. I said that’s fine I just want plain ice. Then, she told me the register were actually closed. Oh well, I won’t be back.

The Peanut butter mudslide was delicious, unfortunately the people behind the counter give terrible customer service. The only reason I will return is because its hot out and the treats are refreshing.

Nice selection for us lactose intolerant people and easy to get to!
I asked for a vanilla ice cream and they say that they are out... next thing I know the girl after me comes out with a large vanilla ice cream. #sad :(

The ice cream is great, but the service is awful. These kids may be young, or this might be their first job, but if they aren't trained to make people feel welcome, it's not their fault.Customer service isn't just in sales.
