Many times they miss up drinks. I don’t get one thing why they’re forcing tips ?

This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to where it’s constantly understaffed. Whole point of order ahead is to save time and 6 times out of 10 the doors are locked and we all have to sit in the drive through line wasting time. The few times you can actually get in the store, staff members are clearly unhappy and overworked based upon their demeanor to customers. Clearly a failure of upper management. Easily the least desirable Starbucks to go to.

Closed 7 mins early from the actual closing time I was on a semi so went to drive thru and he said drive thru still open but can’t serve on foot I think he was the manager or worker not sure but not good 👎

Normally the cashiers are very spunky however, this day they were not. I'm not sure what happened but, they were just doing their job this particular day. They did not go above and beyond as usual with the customer service. That's one of the reasons I came to this location. Overall everything was good. My drink was missing the Carmel lining but maybe next time.
I have only used the drive thru to get my order and they have always been great. I highly recommend this location.

I came there one morning to get my drinks and I had never felt so disappointed in staff… there was a tall blonde girl working on the drinks and when I asked about an estimation on my drink I was met with a snarky sharp comment. As I waited I noticed how this particular employee continued to make disrespectful comments to not only customers but other employees! The drink was made but I don’t see myself coming back.
