This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It’s the only one on this road for miles so we stop only when we don’t have other options. They’re slow, the place is always a mess and today when I went in to pick up my mobile order I waited for over 15 minutes during which time the barista stopped making drinks at the bar and got on register, despite there being a line, and the only drinks being made were by the drive thru. It’s just the worst. I never see the same employees so clearly management can’t get it together or don’t care. Likely the last time I ever come to this location. It’s not worth it.

This is bar far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They consistently close the inside and shutdown order ahead to force you to use the drive through, which then you sit there for an eternity to get 1 drink. When they have enough workers inside to staff 3 more Starbucks. They’re just BSing around half the time. This location needs to be shut down. The one across town is far better.

I've never Had experince when you couldn't order coffee on the spot. Espwcially the way how they told me. They said that since there are not enough people in the service, they cannot take an order from me. And they forced me to go to the app so that I could make an order. This took up my time and I don’t understand how Starbucks can’t take an order on the spot!?!?!? I was upset.
