Unfriendly and slow service. When I complained that the waiting time was too long and that people who came after me had already received their orders, the employee aggressively shouted at me and threw my coffee on the counter, throwing the whipped cream on top. The whole counter was covered in whipped cream. I told her that the tip was good, but this is how you behave? I want for my money back. I will never shop here again. And where is the manager ?

Evertime I go in there it's filthy. Tables dirty, chairs have food on them. Counter where the coffee is delivered if dirty. When I got my coffee, the girl was gonna put my food on top of spilt creamer. When I asked please put it on the other counter because this is dirty, she didn't even come back to clean it. The staff just doesn't if the place is filthy. The sad part is this is a.little after they opened up. This tells me the closing staff left the place like that. This tells the staff doesn't care. Never going back!

I honestly wish I could give this Starbucks location zero stars… or even negative stars if that were possible. My visit tonight through the drive-thru was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at Starbucks.
I expect a drive-thru to be quick and convenient: you order, pick up, and go. Instead, I was handed a cup that was dirty. There was chocolate smeared on side of the cup, the sleeve was sticky, and there was drink spilled all over the lid. Video shows how it looked after I had started to clean the top and side. It’s unacceptable to pay Starbucks prices and receive something that looks like it was thrown together without the slightest care.

When a customer is going through a drive-thru, they shouldn’t have to pull into a parking spot and clean off their drink just to be able to hold it. That defeats the entire purpose of ordering this way. What’s even more frustrating is that it doesn’t seem like anyone bothered to double-check the drink before passing it out the window. It genuinely feels like the baristas at this location no longer take pride in what they’re serving.
I’ve gone to Starbucks for years, and I understand mistakes happen… but this wasn’t a small mistake. This was a lack of basic cleanliness and quality control. I really hope management addresses this, because there’s no reason customers should be receiving drinks in this condition.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It’s the only one on this road for miles so we stop only when we don’t have other options. They’re slow, the place is always a mess and today when I went in to pick up my mobile order I waited for over 15 minutes during which time the barista stopped making drinks at the bar and got on register, despite there being a line, and the only drinks being made were by the drive thru. It’s just the worst. I never see the same employees so clearly management can’t get it together or don’t care. Likely the last time I ever come to this location. It’s not worth it.

This is bar far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They consistently close the inside and shutdown order ahead to force you to use the drive through, which then you sit there for an eternity to get 1 drink. When they have enough workers inside to staff 3 more Starbucks. They’re just BSing around half the time. This location needs to be shut down. The one across town is far better.
