im telling u, i went to this starbucks the other day and it smelt like straight coffee, like really why does it smell like that? anyways, i got myself a draogon drink and i found a huge cricket!! what did i do to deserve this
Normally the cashiers are very spunky however, this day they were not. I'm not sure what happened but, they were just doing their job this particular day. They did not go above and beyond as usual with the customer service. That's one of the reasons I came to this location. Overall everything was good. My drink was missing the Carmel lining but maybe next time.
This location is my usual go-to however, I had an unpleasant experience recently. I usually go through the drive-thru but this day, I was able to stop in. As I was placing my order, one of the employees said “Look, there’s a stink bug in there!”. There was a stink bug in the front of the bakery case almost on the food. Things happen, I get it however, what really bothered me was the fact that other employees were laughing about it and didn’t seem to care. One even stopped...
