Normally the cashiers are very spunky however, this day they were not. I'm not sure what happened but, they were just doing their job this particular day. They did not go above and beyond as usual with the customer service. That's one of the reasons I came to this location. Overall everything was good. My drink was missing the Carmel lining but maybe next time.
This location is my usual go-to however, I had an unpleasant experience recently. I usually go through the drive-thru but this day, I was able to stop in. As I was placing my order, one of the employees said “Look, there’s a stink bug in there!”. There was a stink bug in the front of the bakery case almost on the food. Things happen, I get it however, what really bothered me was the fact that other employees were laughing about it and didn’t seem to care. One even stopped...
I don't usually get Starbucks Coffee, but when I do, this place is great. I like that you have a station to make your plain coffee just the way you like it. I also love the frescas. I feel like you can buy a bottle of water and make two drinks out of it. It's especially helpful on those hot days.
