Lots of delicious, interesting flavors, friendly staff, and homemade waffle sandwiches! Nice prices to boot!
Great flavors and very kind staff
Ice cream was ok, was so sad the inside wasn't open.
To be fair I am going ot rate this ice cream parlor a 3 because I have been meaning to go but have never been there. However, these are the most unprofessional responses I have ever read from a business owner in my life. For that reason, I will never go and for that reason I can believe the validity behnd the negative comments.
Why isn’t the interior open yet?
Why is there zero shade outside?
This is an outdoor walk up shop. The ice cream is great but they're a bit pricier than other places
Used to be our favorite spot for ice cream, but unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
My mother and I both ended up with food poisoning after getting soft serve from this location on Friday. We weren’t calling to complain just to let them know, in case the machine needed to be cleaned. Instead, we were transferred multiple times and could hear staff speaking negatively about us in the background.
What’s more concerning is that we were told only the owner is trained to clean the soft serve machine, and no one else knows how. That alone raises serious food safety concerns.
A simple apology and assurance that the issue would be addressed would have gone a long way. It’s really disappointing, especially after being loyal customers for so long.
Very good. Nice outdoor area to sit & enjoy as well...but the bees were a problem lol
Ice cream is tasteless. Wegmans ice cream is MUCH better. Also charging for extra spoons and cups is a joke
Well the messed up my order. Gave me a twist instead of just chocolate. And the customer service is bad, you have to pay 10 cents for an extra spoon and 25 cents for a new cup. This is the only place that I have ever seen you have to pay for spoons. I will tell family and friends to not come here. Also why is the inside not open? I complete waste of space. What a rip off. Sizes were also small. Very disappointed and would not run my business that way
Edit: Rude response, I have talked to people I know(friends, coworkers) that own businesses and they say that charging for spoons and cups is a joke. It’s a way of making money. And everyone makes mistakes but other people that went here also have their orders messed up, a group of friends that came here before had multiple peoples orders messed up. I will go to humdoo, Rita’s or cold stone instead

Great prices and great ice cream! So many options, you can’t go wrong!
Great customer service! Good prices.
No public bathrooms. No one is allowed inside, not even a 5 year old. Kind of put me off of the place.
I found this place just googling ice cream. I was disappointed that the inside is no longer open. It’s window service only.
My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our choices and would go back if we were in the are again and wanted ice cream
Best ice cream in town, hands down. Has a retro inside from the 60s. Not sure why they don't let people inside to sit & enjoy ?probably a covid thing
