Edited to add that the review comparing the vanilla soft serve here to that of McDonald’s is outrageous in my opinion. McDonald’s ice cream is chewy and tastes like plastic. My husband who doesn’t turn down any dessert offered wouldn’t even finish a free cone I bought home from McDonald’s once but he will get thee ice cream soft serve all the time. The soft serve at thee ice cream is cold, smooth, creamy and tastes like vanilla. Also, My dad is the #1 fan of vanilla soft serve and he even says this is the best in the area. He’s tried them all. We get a soft serve ice cream cake from TICP for everyone’s bday in our family and guests rave about it.
I just had to defend TICP’s soft serve honor after reading that review ?.

I love this place and drive 20 minutes to get there even with Polar Cub around the corner. I think it would be great if they opened the inside area, but maybe that’s a good thing so I don’t spend even more time there!

Got a waffle sundae. Horrible freezer-burned chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Chunks of ice and definitely not high quality. The waffle was inedible. Prices were shockingly high. Save yourself from the expense. Great service though.

Ever since covid you can no longer go into the place but it used to be so awesome when they had the indoor place open.
Parking: It's a big parking lot and an easy location to get to
Service was good. But the ice cream was average of not, below. Didn't have much flavor. Got vanilla soft serve and it was comparable to McDonald's. The sprinkles were also very waxy. I'm surprised to see this place packed every night. Maybe just not my style ice cream. But again the employees were friendly and efficient

It’s a shame and sad how this place went downhill since the pandemic. It had such a cute inside with 1950s decor. Now it’s an outside only ice cream location that showed lots of disappointment.
The size small cups are really kiddy size and way overpriced for that minuscule amount. It’s definitely not a place we will go out of our way to get to.

I recently ordered 2 birthday cakes from here. Our go to ice cream shop where we religiously bought cakes from recently switched hands. We definitely found our new spot here at the Thee Ice Cream Parlor for ice cream birthday cakes. They were ready promptly for pick up on Father's Day when they opened with a long line and one employee working. Not only that but also dietary restrictions of no dairy for the one cake were followed so the birthday girl could enjoy her cake as well! Thank you, I highly recommend and we will be ordering more cakes in the future!
