Worst burrito I've never had. Got a burrito take out and a soon as I picked it up to take a bite, the Tortilla completely fell apart and the contents spilled all over the floor. It was WAY too over-stuffed and the Tortilla was thin so that combo didn't quite work. I won't donate money here again (donate since I didn't get to eat what I paid for).

I feel like this place has gotten better. Food is actually pretty damn good I get the taco flight. It's usually pretty dead. But when it's busy it's nice. Happy hour is good. But expensive if not. I've had great service but know others who have not. Overall I enjoy it

I flew up here from Charlotte NC to celebrate my nieces graduation. My sister called two days in advance about how the checks were supposed to go. They called to confirm just to be short staffed in the front and the back of the house. The manager appeared to not know what was going on. The server with the Mohawk was extremely my incompetent. Came to the table without a server book. We had a party of 17 people with one server that couldn't get my mother's drink order FOUR TIMES. Messed up 7 out of the 17 food orders.... Either tacos that was supposed to be fajitas ....my nephew in a ARMY UNIFORM fresh from drill wasn’t even offered a military discount ….. there was no refills offered…. The restaurant was EMPTY when we got there and waited 45 mins for food just for entrees to be wrong or NOT EVEN COME OUT! and had a nerve to add GRATUITY 😳 after complaint after complaint of bad service. Working in the service industry this was the most stressful difficult and horrible experience I have ever had. The server never asked did we need drink refills… didn’t pre bust the table….. didn’t ask were we okay…. Disappeared….. then the manager told me 3 times checks 6 or better get gratuity and STILL put gratuity after we asked to split the checks. Today was an opportunity for a large group of people to come into this establishment often because it was a group of homeschoolers there for their graduation. This was the worst experience in my life at a restaurant and I WORK for a restaurant.

Food was absolutely amazing!! So delicious. The only reason for overall 4 stars was the extended wait for food to come out, but boy when it did, it was DELICIOUS!! Arianna was a 10/10 server. So nice, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. She made our experience wonderful.

You have to ask for the vegan menu (& sometimes they don’t have any lying around) but the handful of vegan dishes are straight fire !! My favorite is the enchiladas cause they come with chips, salsa and seriously the best rice and beans I’ve ever had in my life because they also have potatoes and green peppers in there. It’s like a tiny veggie bowl to go with your amazing vegan enchiladas which are so filling, I always take half home as another meal.
The Vegan Big Mac is available as a wrap or burger and while very tasty I found it to be pretty heavy on the beyond meat which always leaves me feeling sluggish.
Stick to the enchiladas and especially that one of a kind rice and beans and you’ll be having a great time.

Biggest waste of money I've spent in awhile. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak over the phone for lunch. As I was hanging up I heard him say it was going to be $19.19. Wasn't sure what I had ordered that would cost this much but since he asked if I wanted fries or chips I thought maybe I was charged separately for an order of fries. Almost canceled the order after I thought about it but hoped for the best and drove to get it. The cheesesteak was mediocre and honestly not worth more than $12 tops like most pizza places, and it came with literally about 8 fries that were soggy and tasted like the cheap seasoned fries you can buy at aldis or somewhere. It was awful. I threw the second half of the sandwich out and only ate about 4 fries. Never again

I decided to give this place a try yesterday. I wasn’t satisfied with my meal as it had a weird taste. After only noticing when I got home I gave this establishment a call and they offered to remake my meal or to give me another menu item within the same price. Called the next day to place my meal and staff were very accommodating and understanding. The manger got right on the phone and handled everything professionally. Second time food was good and held up to expectations. This place is very beautiful inside and besides the accident with my first meal I will be back!!

This particular B-Uno's is a quiet spot. I think mostly because it's kind of tucked away out of sight as you're passing by on a main thoroughfare. But, once I found it, I checked it out. A few random customers here at there, clean spot, you're greeted as soon as you enter. The staff is attentive, they immediately gave me water, in a nice glass, not a cup as I went to sit down without requesting it. I was impressed by that. I think it was just an elevated level of customer service. The bar person took my order and was chatty, the food was impeccable and my overall experience was.... yea, I'll definitely come back here. And I did.
