A nice ice cream window. No inside to sit at, but a number of tables on a clean patio.. and it across from the river and launch ramp. That also has a gazebo and seats...and nice views.
The extensive Debbie's menu is entirely ice creme ..the street has Italian, Chinese, etc. BUT MY FAVORITE THING HERE IS: it has something like 30 flavors of SOFT ice creme any time you want!!!! Yup, coffee or. Raspberry or banana soft serve ...most any time
i had the absolute worst experience today. i wanted to call the owner or a manager (at the very least) and speak to them about it, but there’s no phone number to call. i had two separate transactions. for the first one, i ordered for my aunt and her family. there were no issues w the order but the girl that was taking the order had a NASTY attitude. the second transaction, same thing. the girl had a really bad attitude. and then they screwed up my order on top of that. i ordered half vanilla and half birthday cake ice cream w rainbow sprinkles in a cup, but i got only one flavor ice cream w rainbow. (prior to ordering it, i asked the girl if i could do that and she said yes. so there was no way she didn’t take my order down properly) and then, i also ordered a vanilla cone w chocolate sprinkles, which was fine. but in total i paid, if i’m not mistaken, $9.08 for this order only to get bad attitudes and a screwed up order. when they gave my order, i had a deep feeling that the vanilla ice cream was not in it. and i thought that maybe they gave vanilla ice cream separately. i mistakenly was about to take someone else’s order because i thought they gave the vanilla ice cream separately. but that was not the case at all. in general, i regret paying $9.08 for crappy service. i wish there was a phone number or something that i could call so i could tell them ab my terrible experience. never again …

Have been going there for banana splits since Debbie opened it many years ago. The new owners have kept things fresh and still as good. Great asset to the Florence water front.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not handicapped friendly. Thank goodness there always seems to be someone around, even the staff will do, to get your order to you.

Debbie's daughter was very rude and I will never be back again it was a very unfortunate first time experience
Very unfortunate experience with a young woman who claimed to be the owners daughter and for some reason thought that meant she could be rude to people. First it took forever for someone to come to the window which is not a huge deal really but then when I was giving my order the young woman turned her head right in the middle of me talking to her to whoever was in there with her and just started talking to them as if I wasn't standing there and then they both laughed when I was visibly upset, again as if I wasn't there. I've been a loyal customer but I won't be back.
