Worst Dunkin in Burlington county Coffee cake muffins come missing toppings, the glaze on glazed donuts and munchkins often tastes burnt and gross. All food usually tastes about a day old by noon. Some donuts are served rock hard.
This place is an absolute abomination. We’ve been multiple times to give the benefit of the doubt and every time something is awful

I should just start pulling up to the drive through and say..... surprise me. They will mess your order up 90 percent of the time. It is not a busy location at all. They are not rushed and they just start hitting random buttons. They don't know what they are doing. Most Dunkins seem to be like this now more or less, not consistent at all.

This is the worst Dunkin in the area. They never put extra extra in correctly, its always bitter.. The drive through is hard to reach because it used to be a bank, and they lock the inside early most days before closing time. I just went through their drive through and someone handed me a coffee while they were on their phone, wasnt even looking at me and just held it out of my reach for like 10 seconds until i opened my car door and grabbed it while they were texting someone on their phone. I asked for light and sweet and got the most bitter coffee I've ever had, tastes old AND has no cream or sugar.. IDK why I'm paying $3+ for a cup of coffee from these people... I have a good experience everywhere else but this location needs to step up their game bigtime.. Unfortunately this is the one I live closest to.. smh

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts you could ever come across in your life. I waited a full 25 minutes just for a coffee and an avocado toast. The shop was completely empty and not busy at all. The red-haired lady doesn’t seem happy working there and doesn’t even listen to you. Definitely not recommended.

So this is the second time the lady messed up my drink and it wasn’t like I was asking for a lot honestly. I wanted a medium iced coffee with whole milk light ice and 3 pumps of French vanilla. I got iced coffee with milk… when they first opened up they were actually really good but as time went on they have let their quality of service go down the drain. Anyone reading this review please don’t go there and if you do and they mess up your order don’t be afraid to go back and voice your concern.

I ordered this bagel and just by looking at the reviews i knew this was bad the lady at the drive thru was not a good lady because she did not understand anything and i asked for a boston creme donut she did not give me and the hot chocolate was so hot my insides were burnt and the bagel it was not toasted and the amount of cream cheese its less and atleast the hash browns were okay but never come here

I ordered my regular sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin toasted dark because I love freshly toasted English muffins. I get my meal after a small wait which isn’t the problem my problem is I drove off had to come back let them know my order is wrong they give me a new order she asked me to see if this one is right I pick up the sandwich and is so hot to the touch and hard that I think my meal is right. No it’s not this time they didn’t give me sausage and they just put the whole sandwich on heating element instead of actually toasting the English muffin dark so the sandwich is tough and I can’t even eat it what a waste smh next time I will make sure I open it up before driving off
