The order is almost always wrong and when it’s right, the drink ends up tasting horrible, like sour, spoiled milk. I stopped going a year ago. I went in today to see if it has changed but it has not improved.

So this is the second time the lady messed up my drink and it wasn’t like I was asking for a lot honestly. I wanted a medium iced coffee with whole milk light ice and 3 pumps of French vanilla. I got iced coffee with milk… when they first opened up they were actually really good but as time went on they have let their quality of service go down the drain. Anyone reading this review please don’t go there and if you do and they mess up your order don’t be afraid to go back and voice your concern.

I ordered this bagel and just by looking at the reviews i knew this was bad the lady at the drive thru was not a good lady because she did not understand anything and i asked for a boston creme donut she did not give me and the hot chocolate was so hot my insides were burnt and the bagel it was not toasted and the amount of cream cheese its less and atleast the hash browns were okay but never come here

I ordered my regular sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin toasted dark because I love freshly toasted English muffins. I get my meal after a small wait which isn’t the problem my problem is I drove off had to come back let them know my order is wrong they give me a new order she asked me to see if this one is right I pick up the sandwich and is so hot to the touch and hard that I think my meal is right. No it’s not this time they didn’t give me sausage and they just put the whole sandwich on heating element instead of actually toasting the English muffin dark so the sandwich is tough and I can’t even eat it what a waste smh next time I will make sure I open it up before driving off

This place always tend to screw up the order somewhere form and it is very annoying when you’re at the drive-through and you’re not even finished ordering and they’re like anything else. Anything else anything else? Anything else? Anything else? I’ve actually come to the point where I’ve had to say, I’m gonna order multiple items so please be patientand they’re always very slow.

I’ve been going to this location for 2 years and this is now the 3rd time in a matter of months even though I order decaf they give me regular coffee. Today was the worst reaction of all. I picked up my order this morning and I’m still feeling like I’m having a heart attack almost 12 hours later. I will never go back and hope they get better at paying attention to customers orders as this could potentially kill someone one day. When the customer orders decaf they should get decaf.

Wow, what a horrible anxiety inducing experience. Could not listen to orders correctly. Messed up order. Had to get refund. Did not provide straw for coffee. Was too busy having a conversation while trying to place order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN.

I won't go here again. The lady behind the counter couldn't have been less interested in my business. She was damn near rude for literally no reason at all. We were also given the wrong donut (no biggie, I was still friendly, just letting them know).. I've never once been to a Dunkin or any other breakfast spot where they actually took the donut back, and gave correct one. They usually just give you the one you were supposed to get. Not that serious, but it went from her hands, then mine, then back to hers as I watched her put it back in the case. But mostly, it was her strong desire to not care to be there, or for my business, that was very unappealing. Id rather give someone else my money.

If I could I’d give 0 stars I would. Went through drive through around 8:30 and got a bagel and some other stuff. Already had a hard time in the drive through ordering. Asked for less ice on my drink and she gave me a lot of ice. Found plastic in my bagel and didn’t get my receipt. I had to go back in to grab my bagel and my receipt
