The cold brew is old hot coffee. It tastes so bitter and acrid. Not consistent with other locations. The bagel was good. I will not be returning.

Not a terrible location, not the best I've been to either but I can't really complain. Staff sometimes loses focus when ordering, even on non-peak times but otherwise this is a good spot. Very convenient if traveling south on Rt 130.
I want to give Shout Out to Jhuma ( best manager) Urmi ( best sandwich maker), Tasleema ( all rounder) Associates at florence New Jersey. Sweet, Kind young ladies who always has a Smile and say Hello. These ladies are very humbled respectfull and terrific in their roles.Vegetarian options: Always freshKid-friendliness: Awsome food

Just go to Wawa. Went to the drive thru and they only got one thing I ordered right.
My go to, not as junky as others, fast food place.I love their omelette bites, bagel sandwiches and hot chocolate. I still bring Munchkins to kid's parties. I fancy the chocolate ones!

I am use to going to this Dunkin Donuts later in the day and I never have a problem at that time but in the morning the drive thru took almost 20 minutes and multiple people left the line due to the time. I understand that a Drive Thru isn’t always streamlined but in the morning when people are trying to get to work or school that is just too long to wait.

I’ve been coming to this place for years now and I love the atmosphere at this Dunkin. Food is always fresh and tasty. Coffee is fresh all the time. Staff is very friendly especially the manager, Jhuma. Just amazing. Would recommend to everyone. A+++++

This is one of the most inconsistent dunkin donuts ever. I order the same order everytime, and receive a different order everytime. I can ask for a coffee with skim milk and sugar, and maybe I'll get skim milk, maybe I'll get cream, maybe I'll get regular milk. I will correct them while ordering multiple times and still get the wrong order. Sometimes I'll order hashbrowns with my order, usually 2 orders for me and my wife, sometimes I get two, sometimes I get 1. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were having a bad day, but it seems to be every visit. For people who may have allergies, be very careful before eating or drinking what they give you.
