A few years back Mike Farber from Blue Basil Catering was our Personal a d very Professional chef for 50 guests for my Husbands 50th. Saturday he was a world class caterer for a party of 10 for my sons 13th Birthday. Everything was perfectly prepared for me to simply heat up, filet mignons, garlic mashed, seared tuna, just to name a few. It was easy and was super fresh and cooked to perfection.
