I've been coming here semi-regularly for a couple years now, and it's become my go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. There's a mix of both American Chinese and authentic Chinese if you know what to order. Food comes out blisteringly quickly, probably about only two minutes or less for appetizers and mains come out shortly afterwards, even when busy. It's incredible to the extent where it even becomes kind of suspicious, but hey it all tastes good so I trust them.
If you like fried rice, I recommend the Sichuan Fried Rice. In my opinion it's the best and most authentic. The soups are all great, especially on a cold day. You also can't really go wrong with any of the chicken/beef/pork/seafood dishes.
This wouldn't necessarily be my first recommendation for vegetarians - most of the menu is meat and seafood - but there is still a sizeable vegetarian selection. I recommend the Towel Gourd in particular.
Great for groups of 3-4 and larger. It does get a bit busy on evenings and weekends. Servers are all very friendly. Most mains are around $20-30, with appetizers and soups and such being in the $10-20 range.
There is a 5% discount for paying with cash, so bring cash!

Went there as a group of 20. Fast service. Good quality food. Flounder fish in scallion and ginger sauce was very good.

This is the greatest Chinese food you will eat outside Chinatown NYC or Fort Lee. All you plebeians leaving low scores don’t know what this is.

The lunch specials are good value. The best hot and sour soup in the county. The Sichuan style dishes are excellent.

Went there on 11-2-2025, and food were horrible.
My parents wanted to go there, not me, because their friends
went to eat at that place couple times before.
But our experience were horrible, food were bad, and not even
warm.

I live about an hour away from this restaurant, but grew up in town. I have always loved the food from here! Now when I go down to Work and Cedar Knolls, I always order delivery from here because I missed how good it is. I always get the shredded chicken and garlic sauce. Just amazing! I do think it’s a little pricey compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, but I’m willing to pay the extra money because the food is much tastier

My go to place for lunch. Had a flounder with ginger and scallion this time. Delicious as are all the dishes I have tried here. Definitely would recommend this place.

Cleanliness of utensils is a new issue that we noticed this time. New glass had lipstick marks and a coupe of ‘clean’ spoons had food on their back. Apart from that, food has been decent.
Excellent. The person who invited me is from China and goes here regularly.
This is literally the best Chinese restaurant on the entire planet.
