I had a great experience at CHOPT, even during an extremely busy time later in the evening. Alex and Kervins were incredibly accommodating, professional, and welcoming despite how packed it was.

The best customer service!! The restaurant itself is very clean and the noise is at a perfect level as well. Situated in a great shopping outlet area and lots and LOTS of great options!!
