Terrible service, No manager on duty, no one speaks English as their native language. Rina is rude and obnoxious. This franchise is an embarrassment to the Dunkin Donuts name and I would have given it 0 stars if I could.

Other reviewers are correct when they note the rude staff here. I live in Brooklyn NY where service is often brusque, but the staff here is another level of rude. That said, there is easy parking and plenty of seating including comfy booths and an overall clean location. The food quality is also good. One star added for those amenities but the service really pulls this location down.

The lady at the register was rude, guy making the coffee sneezing without covering his mouth, and another employee wiping her nose while gathering customers food. Won’t be coming back, needs new staff.

This is my closest Dunkin and always a disappointment . I frequent many Dunkin’s and even if I get the same drink here , it’s always falls short of quality . I’ve sampled just about every drink and here they rush through it and the taste is always off, even with the cold foam that is barely there on top. I’ve asked for them to add more several times , that didn’t happen at other locations . Start to finish just awful !
