I booked a reservation and had to cancel at the last minute - which I hate to do....but it was due to something out of our control. I was going to rebook until they told me they would charge me $20/person to cancel for 7 people. No one told the person booking there was a charge - they said the card was to HOLD the reservation. I called the GM and asked if I could pay a less amount (although again no one told us there was a cancellation fee). He was soooo rude - he said we don't have cancellations because people know about the fee when they book. And, that is what they charge. He ASSURED me someone told the person booking - he found it hard to BELIEVE that they were not told about the cancellation fee. We already shared on some EA forum's not to book at this restaurant - some shared the food wasn't that good anyway! Maybe it was a good thing we paid $140 instead of a full dinner bill for 7 people!!

Great service! Our waiter, a young gentleman, was very friendly and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was quite delicious. The atmosphere in this restaurant was bright and roomy with very high, almost barn-like, ceiling.

Good food and service and a very meh atmosphere.

The food is very good. I was surprised how much I enjoy my ribeye.

Service was also fairly on point.

Atmosphere though is another story. When you walk in you see a large square bar which is rather nice. The vast majority of the space is just a larger room full of tables. Since there is little to break up the room, it's loud.

I wouldn't let this discourage you from trying it out though. The food is good enough to tough out the lackluster environment.

You have to try Lucco! They were kind enough to take my day before 9 person reservation for my birthday. And the drinks were amazing, worth the money. The food… was spectacular, crazy portions thought you will need a box after. I got the cavatelli, espresso martini, and the greyhound spritz. Each were AMAZING!!! Overall, great date night or celebration spot 10/10 recommend!

Great place. Our server was excellent. Lovely bar, nice wine menu. Fresh pasta was a treat. Different options from a rotating menu with monthly specials. I recommend this place to any local.

parking lot is very small. when full, parking is a problem.

The food was excellent. The meatballs tasted like home made. The cocktails were very good. The wine list is minimal.

We went on a Friday night and it was packed. They were hosting an event. There is not enough parking so you have to park at the bank or in the office park next door. There is no one to tell you that. They should offer valet services.

When we went inside, it was so loud, you can’t hear yourself think. The tables are packed so closely together. This is definitely not a date spot of if you actually want to have a conversation.

On a non weekend night, it will be enjoyable. Unless you like extremely loud….

Parking: Not enough spaces for the size of the restaurant.

A friend and I stopped in after work, and just in time, as we beat the crowd.
We split a couple of appetizers that were fantastic and a couple of tasty drinks.

I have never had a bad meal here. My ideal dinner is a negroni (or two) with the spicy penne vodka and the frittelle for dessert.

At Lucco, the service is fantastic, the cocktails are on point, and the menu has varied options for almost every diet. I have come for date night with my wife, dinner with small groups of friends, and also for work dinners with 10-15 customers at a time, and we are always happy with our decision to dine here. The large groups are handled especially well (shoutout to Sue!). Come and give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

Parking: The lot at Lucco may fill up, but there is parking at the bank next door.

The service at Lucco is phenomenal and the food is even better! Our waitress Cheryl was constantly checking in on us, anticipating anything that we might need. She made our experience great! The food was OUTSTANDING! The lasagna is better than Italy, I wish I lived closer so I could come back again and again!
