The Florham Park McDonald's location is best suited for mobile app orders with drive-thru pickup. Nuggets and fries are consistently well-prepared.
However, there are often extended wait times when ordering inside the restaurant, regardless of the time of day.
Additionally, the McFlurry machine is malfunctioning, resulting in toppings being placed on top of the ice cream without proper mixing.
Furthermore, the paper straws provided become soggy quickly, making them less desirable than paper cups.
Lastly, the quality of iced coffee is inconsistent, leading to variations in taste and appearance.
