On October 26th, I had an unfortunate experience that made me feel bad for the hardworking staff at the store. The atmosphere was tense from the moment I walked in, with a long line of customers waiting. As the crowd grew, staff had to turn people away, which added to the frustration.
It took about 20 to 30 minutes just to receive two drinks. However, I want to emphasize that the delays were not the fault of the staff—they were doing their best under difficult circumstances. This situation highlights a management issue. With such a beautiful Saturday and so many people wanting to enjoy a smoothie or a bowl, upper management should have anticipated the rush and provided more support to the team.
Though I don't frequently visit places like this, I wanted to share this feedback for the sake of the staff, who deserve better. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent future occurrences. Unfortunately, this experience has given me some hesitation about returning, as I fear similar challenges may persist if not resolved.
