Coffee maker down since yesterday. They don’t have an alternative to offer. Manager rather rude not apologetic. Manager who was in charge yesterday was much better in managing regular customer expectations. Not this lady who was in charge today. I’ll not go back to this Starbucks.

I believe I got food poisoning from a drink or food at Starbucks. The milk might have expired since my drink didn't taste the same as usual. It just ruined the whole day.

hii former partner here, it is actually really unfortunate that i just witnessed the store manager, completely disrespect her employee/partner over a minor mistake in the grand scheme of life.. i watched the poor barista feel ashamed as the store manger decided to coach her in a belittling matter instead of being an encourager or supporter, as that is what her role is.. watched her speak to a customer with absolute niceness after this incident took place 5 mins before, why are you able to form a positive voice and deliverance for a customer, but not your employee partner supporting the business.. sad starbucks has changed so much
