One of the many delis in the area, you can pick up sandwiches and grab some of the hot food or cold dishes to supplement. Not a bad lunch place for picking orders up.
Good bread, fast friend service. My kind of place. Try a Zizza's Special (if you're really hungry or there's two+ of you)
My favorite bakery in the area! I’m a local EMT & I love the owner. I remember how kind he was to us when business was slow & Covid was rapidly taking over. I’m so happy this little business is still here !! God bless, I’m a loyal customer for life.
No consistency! One day the food is good and the next time you order it’s awful and this includes their bakery items, a couple of times I got their pastries they were stale and don’t bother to inform them because their customer service is terrible as well, this includes speaking to the owner.
great place everything is always fresh
I strongly suggest you do not place an order for delivery, it takes a very long time for it to arrive. I have placed multiple lunch orders and asked for delivery and every time it was well over an hour wait. I think everyone deserves a second or third chance which is why I kept ordering but I see now that it's just their common practice and an owner that is unapologetic. I own a business and would never do business this way. UNACCEPTABLE
Called for a delivery at 930am...1030am called them back to inform them my order hadn't arrived, they informed me the driver had just left.. 11am called back and spoke to the owner John who then proceeded to tell me that the driver isn't due in until 11am so he had no idea why they would have scheduled a delivery... my order did arrive 15 minutes after I had spoken to the owner... this was ridiculous I placed my order at 930am and it arrived at 1115am ice cold and soggy wet ... no apologies from the owner or any form of care...I will not be ordering from them again
Absolutely the BEST sfogliatelle ever and pastries and bread!good prices and service for quality food.Balsamic chicken & hot lunches fantastic - can't wait for Covid to be over!
I bought pastries here a while back to bring over a friends house for dessert. It was so embarrassing. The pastries were so stale and tasted like they had been sitting in the case for weeks. About a year later I decided to give them another try and bought a box of pastries to bring to my mother-in-law’s house. Again horrible. They tasted super stale and old like they had been sitting there forever. I had even asked the lady in the store if they were fresh based on my previous experience and she said they were. I will never return, do not waste your money here. Btw I am used to really good quality Italian pastries having frequented the best in NY and N.J.
Breakfast sandwich was declared the BEST by my 14yo son. Hot and gooey with melted cheese and lots of bacon. Panella is heavenly. Thank you John for putting them aside. Haven’t gotten into our 2lbs of cookies..yet, but I don’t think I’ll be disappointed! We’ll be back on our next trip thru NJ ❤️

Excellent Italian Bread, Apple turnovers, & Service.
Delicious bakery and sandwiches fine eatery!,
10 minutes to make an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich......yikes! plus tried to charge me more than it was listed for on the board, plus the sandwich was not seasoned as requested (S,P,K)
I was excited to see that this deli/bakery baked allt heir bread in house so I stopped by for an Italian sub. Unfortunately, the bread was the only part that was good. First, the sandwich was premade in the back. That should have been a sign that this was not going to be great. I brought my sandwich out to my car and drove off. When I arrived at my destination I decided to eat before my meeting. The meat was sliced WAY too thick and was slapped flat on the bread. There were hardly any onions and little lettuce. The highlight of the meal ended up being the bag of Lays chips and Dr. Pepper that I also purchased at Zizza.
It was delicious!
