Cheekys Chicken and Waffles

I only have exposure to the food...which was not especially appealing at first glance, but turned out to be a perfectly delicious hot mess. Cooked perfectly and the flavor/texture medley of the fried chicken, sweet n tasty waffle, Cole slaw, pickles, and bangin spicy mayo dressing is spot on. We'll done Cheeky!

We ordered the chicken strips and waffles and spicy chicken sandwich. Portions were good size for the price. The breading on the chicken was so good. Will definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

Ugh love this place, crave it weekly!! im a big sauce person and General cheeks signature sauce is delicious, perfect flavor combo for dipping the tenders. Only wish they’d bring back the mac & cheese bites! So so so good 10/10

Food was excellent. I don’t understand the complaining people are giving this place. It’s clean, it’s neat, tv while you wait, and great customer service by Leo. Yes there is a wait. Why? Because everything is fresh and made on the spot. It’s like waiting for an order of Chinese food.If you don’t want to wait, order to go.I had the chicken strips with waffle. Added an extra wing and drum stick. Price is fair considering it’s fresh. Chicken was crunchy and waffle didn’t even need syrup. I got sauces but didn’t even use them until I had drumstick and even that was delicious.Leo was cool dude and talked to you while he worked making it feel more comfortable than awkward silence. ????

Love the chicken strips and waffle. The strips are tender and juicy. The waffles are perfect and don't even need syrup. They have a variety of dipping sauces which i don't even use cuz the chicken is so good on its own. Love this place! And Leo is the man!

The chicken and waffle are amazing. The price for the quality and quantity is unmatched. Well fried chicken and the waffle was excellent. The place was dead inside and I honestly can’t see how. Will definitely be back.

I knew the original owner of this location. It is actually CHEEK'S Chicken and Waffle. This new owner definitely changed some things because the food doesn't taste as good and they changed the name to Cheek(y)'s. I guess they want to get around the whole chain by changing one letter in the name. So.eone should inform the Cheek's chicken and waffle company what this location is doing.

The cook must've been having a bad day today. The food wasn't cooked all the way through. They didn't look like any of the other photos. Very disappointed.

Guy was cool but the food sucked! Chicken was super dry and distasteful, had to drench it in sauce. Mac n cheese tasted like the frozen ones from ShopRite. 1/5 don’t recommend at all. Waste of money.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Me and my girl went in there and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, wrap, and the skinny fries that were advertised on the menu. First let me start with the fries. The menu advertised skinny fries that were supposed to be “crispy and delicious”. However, we didn’t get that. We got soggy crinkle cut fries. Why put something on the menu if you’re not going to give the customer the right type of fries that were expected? The deluxe chicken sandwich had nothing on it except for the chicken and the spicy Mayo sauce, Nothing else. Not to mention that this wasn’t even the sandwich as advertised, it was two pieces of tenders placed on the roll with a small amount of Mayo. Since when are chicken Sandwiches made with tenders? On top of that, there was a hair in it!! We immediately went back to inform them and requested a refund and we were offered a replacement sandwich. Why would I want a new one after I just found hair in my food? We mentioned about the fries too and the guys response was “oh you didn’t get them? Well that’s because that’s what the company ordered for the month” Well if that’s the case why weren’t we informed about that before ordering? Very disgusted with the food and disappointed with the customer service. We received a refund shortly after but still, that should have been a no brainer to give us a refund without having to ask. Especially after seeing a long hair in our food which is absolutely unacceptable. All in all, the price doesn’t match the quality and inconveniences.

Food was great, spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings. Cooked to perfection. Mac and cheese was OK.
