Very disappointed but third time is the charm I guess. This is the 3rd time my order is wrong and overcharged. Even the receipts clarify the order but it seems the inadequate service prevails among the entire staff not only the checkout. It shouldn’t be necessary for me to rip the order open to check if they did their job correctly. Unfortunately due to this we won’t be ordering from this place again

The black beans complimented the meats very well.

My wife and I ate at Ford's in late December 2024. Boy are we glad we did! After seeing the reviews here and elsewhere, it was very clear we had to come here while we were in the area, and now we know why! We had never experienced Portuguese BBQ before, and holy moley, was it delicious! I had a lunch-sized chicken and pork ribs combo, and my wife had the lunch-sized chicken and beef ribs combo. All of the meat was absolutely sensational, well cooked, seasoned well, and just melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The BBQ sauce that came with it was also tasty, but honestly we felt like we didn't even need it because the meat was so tender and juicy. The fries and yellow rice were also very tasty. And even when you get the lunch-sized portions, you get TONS of food, like we both got more than enough for both lunch and dinner. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the meal. I'm not sure when or if we'll be back in the Fords/Woodbridge area, but if we are, we will definitely put this on our "must do" list every time.

Ordered online from Fords BBQ for lunch with a co worker. I ordered from the lunch menu half ribs/half chicken with fries and rice. Everything was pretty good except for the fries. As you can see from the picture the chicken was placed on top of the fries making them very greasy and soggy. The only other thing that seemed a little odd is that when ordering online I was charged a convenience fee of less than $2 plus a carry out fee of less than a $1. Never seen a carry out fee and I found that rather odd.
The barbecue chicken was delicious. Employees are very friendly. The food was fresh and made to order. This was my first visit and I definitely will return again

First time trying Fords BBQ, The beef empanadas were great, the steak sandwich with fries was also really good, I will be back. I am not the type to leave reviews often but i was pleasantly surprised??

I place an order.Waited 40 minutes.Tipped 5$ and they forgot the salad after i asked them for even after i asked for salad dressing before i left.The rice that they did give me was just rice with a little food coloring.Wont be going there anymore

Whatever ya do don’t order through their website. I ordered through their website with delivery through the restaurant and I was told through DoorDash (which I never clicked on) that the restaurant said they didn’t have my order even though I was charged 29 + delivery fee plus tip which was 49 dollars. After they told me they didn’t get my order they made us place another order and charged us again even after showing them all the recipes and emails of confirmation. I got a 5 dollar refund for the delivery fee but was still charged even after the restaurant manager agreed to not charge us again. Absolutely horrible experience. I learned my lesson and will never order from this place again. Customer service was definitely very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
