It's a restaurant with grocery store.
The interesting thing for me was the choice of buying raw seafood by the pound and then choosing the sauce for the final dish.
We chose 1 lb of shrimp with soy sauce lemon juice and something else. The dish was not very well developed and the shrimps were not cleaned.
The oxtail curry with peanut sauce was very nice. The beef stew was good too.
The desert, cassava pie, was exceptional.

I travel for work and always look for good Filipino food and I have to say this was definitely not at all. I ordered the Bistek and it was just meat with 3 pieces of onions and brown gravy and not even a hint of lemon what so ever. I also ordered the pork adobo and it was just floating in oil and so much of it that it's all I can taste. This has definitely one of the worst ones I have had in a while.

Since moving to Michigan, I have been missing and wanting Filipino food and it took me coming to New Jersey to get it 😆. Great food, great service and if I am in New Jersey again I will make sure to stop by.

Always a treat coming here!
It's a half restaurant, half Philipino grocery so you could, technically, pick up all the ingredients for the meal you just had and try to recreate it at home.
The atmosphere is busy, casual and friendly, like visiting your Philipino friend's house for dinner.
The portions are generous and the food is... DIVINE!! I don't know who's back there cooking but wow! It's hard to find a place where every dish is a hit, but this is one.
Absolutely recommend it! 10/10

There was some products that was expired . When we finished dinner the product was not removed after I identified them and told the ladies in the counter. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Food was good though. Music a little loud

Absolutely amazing Filipino food. Great food with fast service. Staff are very friendly and take the time to explain things to you. This was our first time here and will definitely be going back. The menu is broken down into favorites, breakfast, and seafood. We ordered from their favorites menu and there were still lots we wanted to try.

We ordered the pork sisig, lachon, garlic rice, egg rolls, and breakfast meal with sausage and runny egg. Everything was so filled with flavor. The lachon was crispy and not too salty. The pork sisig was so packed with juicy flavor and paired so well with the rice. You must have rice with this as it is quite greasy. It is also quite heavy due to the glutinous cartilage but so worth it. The eggrolls came with this sweet dipping sauce and also quite tasty.

Conveniently located off route 1 north in the same complex as Favorites. Plenty of parking but do go early or during an off hour as seating is quite limited. We arrived around 11:30 on a Saturday and around 12, it started to get very busy. There is also a small Filipino supermarket attached.

I've lived and worked in the area and never knew this place existed until now. Grocery store and restaurant setup. Made to order dishes. All day breakfast menu as I got tocino. Wide array of Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, pork, bistek, seafood and dessert. I would come back to this establishement. 9.7/10
