The wedding hall provided a beautiful setting, excellent service, and great amenities, though a bit of improvement in coordination could make it perfect.

We just had our holiday event for IAGS, non-profit organization and I should say that Royal Albert Palace’s new management did an amazing job with everything, including food, service, decorations and coordination. Our event coordinator, Shane Kang handled it so well from the beginning to end.
He certainly gets 5+ star

Worst venue ever. The service here has gone down over the years. They don’t refill the food trays and they don’t care to unless you tell them to do so. There is no one at the drink station, so you’re serving yourself. They don’t come and take your plates from the table so you’re sitting there with a pile of dirty dishes the entire event. They book multiple events and not enough staff members. The “bridal suite” is horrendous! They don’t clean after the previous events. They have these colorful fabric hanging at the balcony part of the main room. And they have been there since the summer. They could care less about the service. They just want your money. There is so much potential with this place but clearly the owner/manager don’t care about the service. They need to redo the venue or atleast give it a fresh new paint and not tacky colors.

We had Diwali party for our Woodbrook community. It was wonderful experience. Main person Ashokji took very good care of our gathering. Food was fantastic.

Place definitely needs lots of renovation. It was smell so bad.

Terrible venue . Between not having anything run on time to dust chairs . I told couple of their employees to dust the chairs and all they did is talk shit between each other in Russian. I took a towel myself to dust my family’s chairs . How are you going to be argumentative when we literally see dust everywhere. So ghetto . So dirty. Manager was not any better .
