We attended a private event. The room and the service was pretty good but the appearance wasn't great. The path to the Restroom needs to be improved, but other than that it was a good experience.

Food is good place needs renovation (which is in progress) the layout (entrance) is not the best- there are delivery trucks at the entrances and it’s challenging to enter and navigate the deliveries should be at a rear delivery entrance instead of at the main one…

I recently hosted an event at Royal Albert Palace and am very satisfied with their service and hospitality. All our guests too liked the venue and service.Their halls, though they are little dated, carry a charm and elegance. The booking process was easy and their Manager Mr. Ashok Kumar was easy to work with and always communicated promptly whenever we had any question. The staff were extremely helpful and humble with their service.The food was delicious and had right amount of spice and flavor. All our guests were very happy with food quality and taste.I would recommend Royal Albert's Palace for hosting an event.
