3 Flags Grill & Restaurant

Everything was great the last two times we were here. That was until our third visit, we witnessed the owner screaming at an employee in front of the whole restaurant and it was completely uncalled for. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when the young man is working. I can only imagine how they speak to them in the back or when no one is around if the owner is that comfortable screaming and using profanity when customers are in the restaurant. It created an uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere for everyone present. If this is how management treats their staff, I can’t in good conscience support this business. Respect goes both ways, and it was seriously lacking here.

One of the best bangs for the 💰💵 out there. Fantastic authentic food, large portions and really nice staff made this a great night for us. Can’t wait to go back and have already told others to check it out.

We had 3 Flags cater our wedding. Not only was the price great, the food was amazing. Every single guest (80+) raved about how delicious the food was. Would use them again for any type of gathering.

Went here on the recommendation of the reviews from Google. It was fantastic!! I traveled from north jersey, over an hour , and would definitely do it AGAIN ! It was my family. 4 of us we each had something different. Every dish was amazing. The mushroom appetizer was sooo assume the flavor of the sauce was nothing I've ever tasted, and I love cooking. Please don't pass this place up. The plus is it's also a BYOB. Definitely need to make reservations !

Food was excellent! I had the Chicken Franchese and it was amazing the portion was enough for 2 normal eaters but perfect for my big self! The service staff were great very friendly and on point!

We had a party of 6 . We ate there on New Years Day . The food was very good . But it was so cold in the restaurant we ate with our coats on. We asked to turn the heat up but I don’t think they did. It was very uncomfortable . I don’t think they had heat at all . The server was sitting with her coat on. 🥶🥶
