We had a party of 6 . We ate there on New Years Day . The food was very good . But it was so cold in the restaurant we ate with our coats on. We asked to turn the heat up but I don’t think they did. It was very uncomfortable . I don’t think they had heat at all . The server was sitting with her coat on. 🥶🥶

From the ambitious wording of the menu, I had truly high hopes. Unfortunately those weren't met. It was pretty pricey for the food quality and the strip mall breakfast diner interior. I ordered a specialty steak that came with 'Spanish potatoes'. The Spanish potatoes appeared to be Ruffles potato chips with the whole steak and dish flooded with a brownish water mixed with undercooked steak juice. Possibly the steak was frozen before cooking? My GF's dish of 'fall off the bone ribs' was anything but. Tough and stringy. So unless we just had a bad first experience, this place is off of our radar.

Parking: I suggest adding a small entryway breezeway airlock. You open the door directly to seated diners and walk around them. If cold out, which it was very cold, everyone inside gets an unavoidable cold blast. I'd imagine the same with heat blast in the summer as the AC air rushes out.

Wheelchair accessibility: With the path in, I can't see easy wheelchair access. Maybe possible, but not easy.

Very small place. We waited forever to be acknowledged and we had reservations. Once seated we were ignored, no bread offered, no waitress for at least 10 minutes. Food was extra greasy and tasteless.

This is the fourth time dining at 3 Flags. The first three times the food and service were excellent. This time the food was great but the service not so much. I was there with a party of six people. The food took a while which is fine,because it's always fresh. A short time after we finished eating a waitress which wasn't our waitress, came over and basically kicked us out. She announced to the entire restaurant that they needed to clear our table for another party of six that was waiting outside. I found this very insulting. If they needed the table, she could've let us know in a discreet way.

The food was absolutely great The service was very good even though the place was really crowded. My suggestion would be to make sure that you make a reservation. I will say there menu is tremendous and extremely large as I look at what they want to know what you've eaten here none of what I had is on their list their tuna was terrific paella was great I myself had fall off the bone ribs excellent. I was with four friends one of them had their birthday and it was a very nice time.
