We used Blue Collar Catering for my MIL's 99th birthday celebration this past Saturday, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Karen was awesome to work with, the food was excellent, and their pricing was fair. Everyone raved about the food, and went back for seconds, which is always a good sign! We will 100% be using Karen and Blue Collar Catering again!

Catered my MIL 70th birthday party at my house. Very communicative throughout and everything was delivered as promised. Food was plentiful for $$ and was very good. Easily recommend to anyone looking for this type of service and will be using again.

We booked Blue Collar Catering for my daughter’s Grad Party. From beginning to end, Karen was professional, communicative and responsive throughout the menu coordination. On the day of the event, Cheryl and Rebecca setup the food seamlessly, cooked the food to perfection and paid close attention to detail throughout the party. They were the optimal professionals and a pleasure to have.

The Blue Collar catering team did a fantastic job for our 110 person wedding (June 2025). Karen was great to work with, responsive to our needs and the food was on point. Reasonable pricing too. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you Blue Collar Catering on your amazing job for our 50th Anniversary party. We opted for the Full Service Catering and it was our best decision. Providing china and utensils was perfect, as were the tablecloths and napkins. You also thought of things we would never have thought of like water glasses and pitchers!

I can't even begin to tout the professionalism of your two servers, Trish and Lauren. They were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and they expertly passed the delicious appetizers. The kitchen and outdoor setting was absolutely spotless when we left and they helped us store the leftovers.

Lastly, the food! Our 3 appetizer choices of quesadillas, crab cakes, and mini spring rolls were delicious as were our 3 entrees. Everyone raved about the food which was plentiful. Our sheet cake was also delicious!

Amazing job! my husband and I actually own a restaurant in ROCKLAND COUNTY, but wanted to throw a beach graduation party for my daughter and for once wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the party. We hired blue collar catering not knowing anything about them. We took a chance and they did, a wonderful job. Very easy to work with. The food was amazing. We had pass around hors d'oeuvres to begin and then followed by the clam bake. My family raved about the lobster and couldn't believe how fresh all the seafood was. I highly recommend them.
