The BBQ was amazing ,everything was delicious! We had a ton of leftovers! We will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a caterer.

Thank you Blue Collar Catering on your amazing job for our 50th Anniversary party. We opted for the Full Service Catering and it was our best decision. Providing china and utensils was perfect, as were the tablecloths and napkins. You also thought of things we would never have thought of like water glasses and pitchers!

I can't even begin to tout the professionalism of your two servers, Trish and Lauren. They were absolutely lovely, so friendly, and they expertly passed the delicious appetizers. The kitchen and outdoor setting was absolutely spotless when we left and they helped us store the leftovers.

Lastly, the food! Our 3 appetizer choices of quesadillas, crab cakes, and mini spring rolls were delicious as were our 3 entrees. Everyone raved about the food which was plentiful. Our sheet cake was also delicious!

Thank you again for making this milestone anniversary so perfect. Our local guests all asked for your name!

Amazing job! my husband and I actually own a restaurant in ROCKLAND COUNTY, but wanted to throw a beach graduation party for my daughter and for once wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the party. We hired blue collar catering not knowing anything about them. We took a chance and they did, a wonderful job. Very easy to work with. The food was amazing. We had pass around hors d'oeuvres to begin and then followed by the clam bake. My family raved about the lobster and couldn't believe how fresh all the seafood was. I highly recommend them. Thanks to blue collar catering for making my daughter's day spectacular.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Collar Catering for my first catering event, and they exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, their team was amazing, friendly, and super cooperative in helping me plan everything.

I decided to purchase the food by the tray and opted for delivery. The delivery girl was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond by bringing everything inside and setting it up perfectly.

I ordered a good part if my Thanksgiving dinner from BCC. Let me say my husband hates turkey and he devoured their's. They were also wonderful with problem resolution. There was one mix up on the order and their staff went out of their way on Thanksgiving to correct it. Great job BCC thank you

They did our wedding and it was fabulous. We opted for full service buffet with china, etc. and it was worth it!! The two servers (sorry I didn't get their names) were fabulous, professional, friendly,organized, and fast!! The food was amazing and oh so much of it all!! Everyone took home leftovers!! Karen is patient and did not make me feel bad for being a nervous bride before the big day. I highly recommend!!

We just had BCC cater the Welcome Party for my son and daughter in law's wedding. They were awesome!! Karen and her staff were courteous, professional and friendly. The food was delicious and plenty of it! I cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Blue Collar Catering. Karen and her team are fantastic. I wanted a unique menu for an important company event this past spring and they did not disappoint- everyone was impressed with the variety! I had them come back and do a smaller company BBQ event for the employees over the summer and it was just as fantastic. The food and service are top-notch. I highly recommend!
