I ordered a good part if my Thanksgiving dinner from BCC. Let me say my husband hates turkey and he devoured their's. They were also wonderful with problem resolution. There was one mix up on the order and their staff went out of their way on Thanksgiving to correct it. Great job BCC thank you

What do you do when your having your husbands 70th party at your house with 36 guests,,,CALL BLUE COLLAR CATERING...go to the menu decide...call Karen, go over the menu, she gives great recommendations on party planning times, if you need a server, that's so you can entertain your friends without worrying about setting up and cleaning up(at a fair additional charge) we had our server for 5 hours..what a game changer. I NEVER had any outside help I would do the cooking myself and serve and clean up..NOW I FOUND A NEW WAY...We had ceasar salad, cheese lasagna, beef with gravy, chicken Marsala, roasted potatoes and sautéed veggies, rolls and butter and all the plates, and utensils..I loved the fact that someone else would be responsible for setting up and making sure that all the tables were looked after for being cleaned up. The food as always is delish, as even going to the Elks to eat all the time, meeting friends for lunch or dinner...our friends had a BBQ from blue collar this summer and was awesome...another friend had a luau for their daughters engagement party..pretty AWESOME...thanks Karen and Blue Collar for all your talent and coordinating it..looking forward to some more great food...thanks so much Lori...our party was a great success!!!

They did our wedding and it was fabulous. We opted for full service buffet with china, etc. and it was worth it!! The two servers (sorry I didn't get their names) were fabulous, professional, friendly,organized, and fast!! The food was amazing and oh so much of it all!! Everyone took home leftovers!! Karen is patient and did not make me feel bad for being a nervous bride before the big day. I highly recommend!!

I wanted a unique menu for an important company event this past spring and they did not disappoint- everyone was impressed with the variety! I had them come back and do a smaller company BBQ event for the employees over the summer and it was just as fantastic. The food and service are top-notch. I highly recommend!
