1st time ever eating Chipotle. Food was not hot. Steak & chicken were cold. Sour cream was like milk, all watery. Glad I asked for it on the side!
Portions was very small & skimpy! Barely any rice or meat & thats all I got! With a little & I mean little shredded cheese & lettuce.
Huge disappointment & will never go back again. Not worth $13.00!

Pick up order. The meal consisted of little meat and mostly lettuce. Old, wilted lettuce. Contacted Chipotle and their response was to offer a B1G1 coupon!!. They want to force me into another purchase, NOT take care of the issue. Such a pathetic, disappointing and unappetizing meal. Awful customer service

The most miserable people work here. They shouldn't even be open.
First I have to wait 10 minuets for my order that was supposed to be ready at a certain time (ten minuets prior) than my bow is crushed in the bag also I order two bowls and get one fork definitely my last time eating money here

Disappointed yet again with the take out service. This time missing chips and missing upcharged side item. The “salad” had about 5 pieces of wilted lettuce buried at the bottom. In person, they are ok but double check any order you are picking up. Best of luck to you on delivery orders.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Some of the food in the bins was dried out. The work stations were covered with food splatter. Absolutely gross.
First poor Google review I’ve ever given, which says a lot. Picked up our burritos from the pickup lane (at 7pm) and the young woman in the window asked for our name, rolled her eyes, and shoved the bag at us before quickly closing the window. Our burritos were ice cold, and about half the size of a can of soda. I understand portions vary per employee, and I expect nothing more than an average portion. However, for $15 a burrito, this was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and food, and will not be returning.

This Chipotle in particular is usually backed up, but the line moves quick due to the staff being diligent and efficient. I speak for everybody in the community when I say that, this is appreciated and beneficial for us all.
No matter how busy it is, the staff is always kind and asks particular questions with what we want with our meals. The food is always warm and delightful to eat

Spent $60 to have two entrees delivered. Ordered a salad because it was the only way to get the chipotle vinaigrette. Order was received with no dressing. This is my first google review ever. Could have been avoided if you could actually call and speak with someone at the store.
Dear Chipotle,
When someone orders a salad, they in most cases want the dressing that goes with the salad. I tried letting your robot phone know but they didn’t care. Thank you for the overpriced dry lettuce and beans.
I feel like the staffing and customer service is mid at best. Let me explain. Me and a few of my buds waited in line with no other customers along with, for upwards of 10 whole minutes. There were a full crew and at least one could’ve helped given the time period. We had no help and absolutely a bad time. I appreciate chipotle as a company but this was a horrible experience. Thank you.

Why do I pay 64 cents more at this location than I do in Freehold for the same exact thing? I basically live off of Chipotle and I work in Freehold and I live here in Forked river so I'm at both locations almost everyday day so that 64 cents adds up after a while it's not just one time it adds up! I know I should download the app and collect rewards but I didn't but regardless to charge more for the same exact thing at different locations never mind yous talking about raising prices but to not charge the same and every single time i come to this location the pork carnitas is always empty i gotta get scraps the bottom of the barrel!! I know yous are going to respond by saying contact us phone number or whatever reading previous reviews but honestly there's no reason to reach out to me yous should take this review right to corporate and show them and fix your prices immediately before you decide to raise the prices even more and just fix the pork problem! Honestly I truly feel Chipotle should do the right thing to me and reimburse me I could show months of bank statements and show how much that 64 cents adds up after a while and maybe be compensated as if I downloaded the apps and collected all those rewards!!!
$45 for 2 bowls & 2 bags of stale chips. My first & last time I will ever go to chipotle I dont understand the hype. I can get real mexican food for cheaper & better! What a joke & a rip off

I ordered a burrito & the rice was like chewing rocks. I brought it back and they just put a fresh rice out. That also was rock hard. Took 2 bites and said screw it. 1st time trying Chipotle ever. Prob my last
