I absolutely love chipotle as a whole and every time I go to one it is always exceptionally well, however I just ordered from this one Lacey and the food tastes like it was microwaved. The rice is hard, the chicken tastes like it was cooked yesterday and it is just overall disappointing. I will probably never eat at this one again.

I order from this location at least twice a month through the app and pickup in the Chipotlane. They get my order wrong and/or forget items at least 50% of the time. When I voiced a complaint I was told to take it up with corporate. If you choose to use this location, I suggest you always go inside and watch as they put your food together. This way you know your order is correct.

It’s honestly so hard to get things made right nowadays especially at Chipotle- it can be hit or miss. Christian always makes my order perfect though and he knows I’m a little high maintenance and remembers how I like it every time I come through. Gracie is also the best and the guy with dark curly hair! They deserve a raise or something (no pizza party, just more money).

I asked Sophia for one when I went into the store, and although she did direct me to the app, once I told her it wasn’t working for me, she was more than happy to help me out! The rice was not cooked. I ordered 2 bowls to go. Got home, and started eating and realized the rice was NOT cooked. Will never get food from that location ever again.

It's very inconvenient standing on line in the restaurant to be told that if I want to order a quesadilla, I have to do a mobile order. Not easy to do when you are standing on line with children.
*EDIT* After posting my review, Chipotle reached out and gave me a free entree and chips. They also stated they would contact the restaurant to ensure better food quality. I went back today and the rice was much better and fully cooked. I am glad that they at least read their reviews. It makes it feel like they care.*ORIGINAL REVIEW* Chipotle as a whole is good. Staff are very friendly. However, this branch frequently serves undercooked rice unfortunately. I eat here a lot because I love Chipotle, but usually it is 50/50 whether the rice is cooked properly.

Lol I know it's a fast food chain ordeal, so obviously keep your expectations low but oof. The guy put half a scoop of rice and 3 pieces of carne asada in my bowl at first, so much so the girl next to him went back and added more (thanks girl you're the real MVP!) He also shorted my boyfriend. Is it coming out of his paycheck? Then the watermelon lime lemonade drink around the corner was out so my bf said "hey this is out," and got a response of "oh... it is? Ok." ... 5 mins later after waiting for them to replace it I went back over and asked do you have any more and the girl told me no they would have to make it. Would've been nice had she made that clear the first time around. Tables were all dirty inside, too. That's what you get for hiring teenagers. And they wanna keep raising minimum wage for this LOL! Go to On The Border in Toms River. It's worth the drive.

What the hell. I ordered a burrito and everything i ordered, i watched the NEW employee shake the spoon after every scoop to make sure i have so much LESS than a normal scoop! If i paid for double meat, i’d get less than 1 portion. Unbelievable. I have had this happen to me at least 4 times. They need to be more fair to their serving sizes, especially with how much customers pay for their food. Ridiculous prices with less food.
