The Bloomfield ct location needs a total Reno. The booths are dingy and ripped and torn and repaired in places with silver duct tape. The bathrooms constantly and consistently represent unkempt gas station bathrooms. The smell smells like sewage the paper towels are stacked in baskets and the floors are lifting and peeling

Five of us visited the Bismarck location. The to-go order was brought to our table immediately and the five of us waited for our food. Our orders came out piece meal, someone’s pancakes, then someone’s meal minus the hash browns, then someone’s meal minus the pancakes. My omelette and pancakes were barely warm, and the pancakes were nothing special; definitely not fluffy. No beverage refills offered. When we paid, someone in our party was charged twice (they checked their account before leaving.) I’ve been to this location three times, and the last two times have been disappointing. Not going back.

Was excited to try this new location on 12/10 but was very disappointing:
-there was a promo paper for pumpkin pancakes on the table but when I went to order them they said they didn't make them anymore (but left all the promos still on the table) -food had a long wait with minimal people inside -my entire plate was covered in thick egg yoke, I had to send it back -pancakes were very hard -no hot water left for tea or offered refill -table had no jelly available for toast -waitress stood by table silently watching while we filled out the credit card paper with tip which was awkward
