I frequently visit the IHOP in Lacey, and the service is always amazing. John is incredibly friendly and greets us as soon as we walk in, which always makes us feel welcome. You can’t beat the 7 dollar value breakfast! I’m very particular about how I like my pancakes, over-easy eggs on top of the pancakes with lots of whipped cream, and they always accommodate exactly what I ask for. Brooke is also wonderful! She’s very personable and attentive, and she remembers exactly how I like my order every time I come in. I don’t even have to explain it anymore! This IHOP is the best!

Not a big fan because they never get the order correct. My Aunt and I went for breakfast, asked for milk for her tea, had to ask a third time. I ordered a side of bacon and a glass of water, nope was not gonna get it.

We have been frequenting the IHOP in Glen Carbon IL since it’s reopening. Our experience has been great. Credit given to our sweet waitress Makenna C. She is the perfect waitress, she has a great personality and makes you feel so welcome. The food is great and being gf, I truly appreciate the gluten friendly pancakes and other menu items.

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.

My grandma and I had a really unpleasant experience here. Our waitress, Jennifer, was rude from the start, made sarcastic comments after asking for a new cup of hot water - the first one tasted metallic, and the second was yellow so not sure if they use filtered water.. she even threw my tip on the ground after we left. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

Walked in with my fiancé because Caffreys was packed and decided to give the new ihop a chance since we hadn’t tried it yet. We walked in around 8 pm and was immediately told: we are closing at 9 pm tonight when online hours of operation go until 10 pm. Already felt rushed by that. We took our orders. My diet pepsi had a chemical taste to it I sent it back. I ordered steak tips for my dish but it was overly sweet; I would’ve ordered a different dish but I had already ate the pancakes and eggs so i just told the manager to take the stuff I didn’t eat off. Immediately she had an attitude telling me that that’s how the marinade was and then proceeded to bicker to herself while removing it from our checks that “we want a free meal” “eat and leave” “take this off take that off what do they want from me” obviously trying to enjoy the rest of my pancakes I looked over and me and my partner heard the nasty things and was saying. Passive aggressively she turned to our waiter and said: “she keeps staring at me.” I did not once complain about the service in person as I did not want to argue I had a headache. We paid for our meal and left. No I was not looking for a free meal, I just wasn’t happy with my dish people can have that complaint. I’ve ate at Gordan Ramseys steak house with no issue with a $600 bill with family if I wanted a free meal I’d just have my mom cook for me. Be more nice to people and spread kindness. Won’t be coming back here again and I don’t see this place staying in business much longer anyways. Manager was brunette with glasses.

Literally just walked out after being seated, and multiple servers just staring at us for 20 minutes and not taking our order. One person working while the other four are just “hanging out” didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted a cup of coffee. Or something to drink to start. Never had an experience like this at this location. Go to Stafford.
