My boyfriend placed this order on 2/7/2026. After I finished half of the wrap, I found mold on a red onion inside it. I spoke with the manager, and he issued a refund of $28.61.
However, we were later charged $21.30. I called the store again, and they said they processed another refund and were not aware of the $21.30 charge.
I go there daily and it always a great experience. The owner and his staff are nice and freindly as well as good food.

My first time here was today and I definitely will be back. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and the staff is super friendly! For everyone complaining about prices the reality is in 2025 a lot of things cost more. Avocado etc. I think given the bagels are fresh and have an array of flavors it’s all very well priced. I paid 10$ for this huge sandwich. Potato salad and got a pickle with it. I don’t see the unfair priced items others are talking about. Definitely stop in!
Let me say this, as a first time customer when I asked the cashier if you fried or scrambled eggs he said we can do either, never did he mention a charge for the way I asked for my eggs. Charging $1.25 extra for scrambled egg on a bagel is rediculious. Second charge almost $3.00 for ham on a bagel I will take my business elsewhere.

Do not use a Groupon/Clipp prepay voucher here. The young cashiers didn't know how to work it. The mgr looked at my voucher like it was fraudulent. I just swiped to redeem in front of the cashier I didn't feel valued as a customer.
