NO How about pickle relish? NO. You took my order, You handed me the hotdog, charged me, but at no point mentioned, "We don't have any mustard."Pretzels and hotdogs with no mustard? I don't get it.

Horrible service , 2 franks and small fries took over 15 minutes to get. When I complained, the worker (young kid,with blond steak in his head) threw the bag at the counter, and stormed out said he had enough. I threw it back and I asked for manager and got a refund. The blond lady at the counter tried to say he didn't throw it, but 5 witnesses on line told the manager he did . He should be fired. He was just standing there waiting to put fries in bag, while 4 other orders went out before mine that payed after me. If you don't want to deal with customers get a job you don't have to leave the house.

Food was awful. No other way to put it. Also took an hour to get food. Not like it was busy it was just very slow. They were the opposite of a well oiled machine.Hotdogs had been sitting there for prob months. Go to the Burger King instead. Even if the line is king because I can guarantee it's faster than Nathan's with one person waiting for their food.

The service was terrible. Nobody spoke English or was able to communicate with customers. The store was connected to an Auntie Anne's pretzels and the staff was unable to manage both efficiently. Ordered a chicken sandwich, hot dog and a drink. After a half hour of watching 6 staff members disastrously manage the kitchen, I received a soggy sandwich doused in mayo. The hot dog was disgusting. Possibly my worst experience from a food vender ever. Unmanaged and chaotic restaurant. Not a great choice.

Disgusting!!! OMG!!! I was starving! All I wanted was a New York cheesesteak from Nathan's! No wonder they are famous for hot dogs! Even the fries were horrendous! My 5 year old daughter said, "these need ketchup!!!" She never uses ketchup! No wonder the service was so fast! My bread taste like they literally reheated in the MICROWAVE! What a shame! I spent over $17 for a meal!!! I could've bought the ingredients and made it myself for that price! Nonetheless, the customer service was great! Food? Not so much!
