Papouli's Brick Oven Pizza

Stopped in for a quick slice popped in off the parkway

Man was a pleasantly surprised with the thin crust square pie. It was kind of like a grandma but way thinner

Homemade sauce drizzled with Parmesan and basil fresh mozz it was the real deal

And the man making the pie and the woman behind the counter were super nice so happy I stopped here

I was very disappointed with the treatment I received from this place. We waited 3 and half hours for our pizza to be delivered. According to slice, it was dropped on our porch. We never received the order and although I understand that is a mistake on slices part, this restaurant was very rude to me when I called. They kept insisting it was dropped on our porch even with me stating many times that we have cameras. They argued with me for about 10 minutes while constantly putting someone else on the phone for me to explain the situation over and over again.. then put me on hold for another 10 minutes before trying to resolve the issue. There was no refund or discount for this situation. They have great pizza but we unfortunately will no longer be ordering from them.

They came earlier than I scheduled. The pizza was cold and the cheese was to one side. They didn't help with a refund or anything and didn't care. This has happened now 3x in a row. We are done ordering from here. Also last time the bread was also old

So happy I found this place it is my new go to for pizza I order here at least 3 times a month and every time the food is amazing the option to add the garlic butter crust makes the pizzas taste soooo amazing 🤩

Figured i would Give them a try -ordered chicken parmigiana dinner with rigatoni
Chicken was dry and over cooked Hardly no sauce in container . 2nd piece of chicken below top chicken is like leather . Pasta dry

i asked for the pizza to be well done and it was soggy and cold. the garlic bread has absolutely nothing on it as well. the wings were cold and soggy too.

Pizza was overpriced and did not taste that good. Originally the pizza cost $23. They called meatballs and onions specialty toppings and charged $5 for each and it barely had onion on it. Pizza ended up costing $33. Price gouging customers for normal toppings is absurd. Save your money and go get better pizza and don’t get ripped off by being overcharged for normal everyday ingredients.

Excellent pizza! Grandma's with vodka sauce is outstanding! The baklava is also simply amazing!

Best garlic knots!

We had been pretty regular customers with Papoulis, we typically order through Slice. On a recent order, the food quality was terrible. We had ordered a mussel dish and the mussels were so smashed up with shells that it was completely inedible. Obviously, it is understandable that they may have just had a bad night in the kitchen but the customer service was terrible. They initially refused a refund. Then agreed if they could come pick up the food from our porch; they never came and it sat on our porch all night and was a mess to clean up in the morning. We were given a partial refund by Slice but the restaurant never made right. They lost previously loyal customers.
