Great food. Wonderful staff. Awesome atmosphere!!! Came for Sunday football— delicious food, especially the wings, and drink specials!!! The owner Dawn and our waiter Raymond were absolutely terrific and attentive!!!!

we went today for lunch and there was 2 bartenders and we sat for 20 minutes waiting for one of them to take our order, and note one of them walked past us twice but they were to busy entertaining the young boys at the other end of the bar. we were a regular Saturday and Sunday customer with the previous owner, but the new owners don't get it. we won't be going back. our normal spot is miracle bar and we will continue to go there from now on.

Went there today for lunch for the first time. Had a sausage pepper and onion sandwich , and a thin crust bar pie which were both excellent. Bartender was super friendly and never left you hanging for a drink. I highly recommend this place

Went to watch the Knicks playoff game. They had the sound on for the game. Ordered the Long Shots Pizza and it was awesome. Great service. Will be back

1. Went with my son and 2 nephews. The pretzels were killer, unbelievably good. I had the Rocky burger. It was right on point. Excellent service. 2. Went in, with a party of six for Bingo night. Lu-Ann rocks the place. Half price appetizers. Our sever Raymond was absolutely great!

We stopped in here after we tried Caffreys, but it was way too crowded. I know this place has mixed reviews, but we were absolutely not disappointed. Service from bartender was great, bar pie was amazing, and beers were kept full. Nice spot to have a few beers, bar food and talk. We will definitely be returning, thanks again to the great bartender we had.

This place was absolutely amazing. Tvs had great quality for watching the game, Killer prices and the wings as well as the pizza were good. Staff was extremely nice and there was some awesome decorations. 10/10 experience would go again
First timer. Liked the baseball theme. Happened to arrive just as trivia was starting (Friday). Had the chicken nachos and wife had garlic parmesean boneless wings. Both were very good. Trivia was fast-paced and fun. Will be back.

Pine tar is a good tavern with good comfort food! Andrew our waiter was attentive and very personable. Frankly after reading many reviews we were hesitant about trying pine tar, but was absolutely 💯 satisfied! The hamburger was definitely not a frozen manufactured burger but hand made and cooked to perfection. The grilled chicken sandwich was absolutely off the charts. Not sure why they are getting some negative reviews unless it's coming from competitors or former employees. 🤔 and of course no restaurant is 100% perfect. I feel that everyone should make their own opinion of the pine tar. I am sure if Andrew is there he will make sure all is good IF you let him know there is a problem..

I had to use 8 or so napkins to soak the grease off my pepperoni bar pie and even then it was basically inedible due to the cheap cheese and lack of sauce. After all that the pizza was $21. Will not be visiting again.

Ray the bartender is amazing! Your drinks are never empty. Ray made us a Smoked Old Fashion with some added touches it was delicious. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed. The Hotsy Totsy Shrimp and Thinny Thin Pie with Pepperoni and Black Olives were both outstanding.
