We went thru drive thru for lattes and the girl who helped us was super nice! Above and beyond asking if we needed a drink tray (we did) but didn't think of it. Also gave us little doo hickies to put in the sip holes to prevent spills.

Easily the slowest Starbucks around. Everything tastes good, but it takes them 15 minutes to move through three cars. Just doesn't make sense with how many people they typically have on staff. And they're very nice, just slow

Larry is the best, he knows my order and greets me warmly every morning. Although on Mornings that Larry is off or on another assignment, I get my coffee handed to me, and I say thank you, because your employee thinks they are doing me a favor by making my coffee. Additional training is obliviously necessary.

How are you going to charge a dollar for a pup cup now all it is is whip whipped cream …. For my furry friend in the car, you’re welcome that I bought your $6 coffee…. At least throw me a bone or a pup cup of whipped cream that cost one cent. Not $1….. you lost my business because you are greedy… I hope everyone else follows and I will be posting this everywhere.!!!!

I went to this Starbucks drive-thru today while running some errands. The gentleman named Larry, who was working the window is the most perfect vibe, and every business should have one of him. He was so polite and welcoming. He took my completely insignificant order with care. There was no rushed “what can I get you!?” No sense of urgency or panic. He was just calm, polite, and totally normal. He made a non-event a positive experience… This is so uncommon. He radiated genuine kindness, and my 2 minute interaction with him actually lifted my mood and improved my day. This is the kind of person who grows a business no matter what it is. Thanks so much.

Fast and precise. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks including the Original in Seattle. This is by far top 5 on the list for getting things done rite the 1st time. Also let it be known that this is by far the friendliest. Employees are sweet, and professional. Couldn't ask for much more.

This morning i sat on a long line waiting for coffee. When i finally got to my destination and went to drink iit was hot water with half n half. No coffee!! Time and money spent for nothing

i am completely disappointed in the management here, i was waiting for my drink at the drive thru, it seemed like their computer was having issues, the manger thought it was a good idea to push around, grab, and i could hear her yell at the girl working there to get the drinks outside in the drive thru table which i believe is unsafe. touching her arms and pushing her around like a puppet... i usually do not like to leave bad reviews as i know people have bad days and things happen, but as a mother i am completely upset with what i saw. poor girl
